I just spent two months renovating my wooden staircase, mainly due to the previous builder not protecting the wood correctly. The end-grains and joints were not coated and therefore exposed to elements and moisture would seep into the stairs. I would recommend for a better product to disassemble the bench or seat-boards first, in order to apply the linseed oil into the end-grain. This will extend the lifespan of the piece greatly.
    nice bench, by the way.

Echte cool! I see that, like myself, you mercifully spare your viewers the sanding. 😀

That's a fine looking bench. I like that you kept the natural wood tone. I would plug the screws heads though. New sub.

Nice video. Question: Why do you wear gloves while using machines?

Nice and simple. Has a few design flaws so not for heave persons ;-) But why you use gloves with the saw? Instead of clean cut you prefer your finger to be torn off?

Nicely done. Recently I ve started getting few tools for future woodworking projects. I have a question. You used 2 dovel pins for assembling the back portion. But I think this part will be under pressure when people resting to it. Is it sturdy enough?

Thank you for your comment, of course I also thought about the stability, but these are 12mm pins with a length of 80mm, I have never had Problems before. But a good question, thanks and much luck with working 🤝
