My great-grandfather, Sebastian Hurtado, is credited as one of the two men in the 19th century in Guatemala who perfected the marimba. On of his sons, my grandfather Celso Hurtado was a marimba virtuoso and had performed at Carnegie Hall in 1947. My earliest memories are seeing my grandfather and father playing duets on the marimba.

It's an interesting feeling to try to hum and match tune.

Last night my mom and i astralprojected to this i believe. We same a view of a rainforest, then we was at the beach, we saw a temple ruin in the jungle, you could see it from the beach, then we saw a man, i believe we were in indonesia by looking at this man, he was in a tribe, painted white stripes with clay on his skin, in his tribe they have something (like a piercing) in his nose to his ears. In the temple people should lay offerings to this god, in respect it felt like. Almost like teenagers in the village has been hearing about the ”legend” by their grandparents. This was super weird and rare especially travelling to the same place with my mom. Thoughts anyone?

Listening to this right now.. I feel some kind of cold feeling in the hips area and a lot of sadness.. Hope it's working..
Trapped fears in hips area, if trapped for too ling they may cause enormous sadness and emotional suffering and then it may be difficult to define through all the layers what bothers you exactly, why and if it is a part of your nature to be accepted for a lifetime struggle (karma) , or it is an intruder to be eliminated. If for a lifetime you may get rid of it through good deeds only, but will take time. If an intruder you may get rid through a meditative understanding, forgiveness and afterwards firm ignorance.

@@fabio6466 an intruder is a foreign entity, an emotion, or an outside energy particle that once has entered your inner space because you have unconsciously allowed It, being either off the focus, or the awareness, or being ignorant at that very moment, spreading its 'roots' within your aura, energy field, chakras, body' tissues, fibers, etc.... creating a conflicting electrical circuit, a frequency flow or disabling a homeostasis, and manifesting itself by the intensified (from a mild to an extreme) sensations of a low vibe state of being, such as fearful, frustrated, depressed, sad, psychotic, schizophrenic, envious, sadistic, etc...... It can be anything from your past, someone said something to you, did something, created for you, abandoned by you, a curse, you haven't expressed yrsrlf at some moment, you didn't forgive someone, someone didn't forgive you, bad deeds, guilt, conscience...... whatever. However, if nothing rings the bell, do not try to figure out by digging into the past, it can break you and beside it has lost its original form by now, but rather go through the processes I've mentioned earlier. @@dacoo8820 Dacoo thank you very much, well I'm facing a lot of changes and dealing with past trauma and toxic emotions due to how I have internalized certain experiences in my life, I suppose the feelings I mentioned in my first comment come from sexual abuse... Anyway I'm working on clearing and healing my Chakras energies and doing a lot of prayer work. I must say that my life is changing for the better and I have received so many good signs.. All I can do is keep on working and figuring out how to love myself... As for the entity, if it's an emotion that wouldnt scare me as much as an entity...

Perhaps try investigating who you really are. You may eliminate who you are not and by eliminate what you are attached to, so hard that you may belive it's you or a part of you. I may give a small hint -
You are certainly not your name, you existed before it was given. You are not your body either, your body has changed as much times so far as your years of age. You are not your mind. You were born without it, so you existed first. Mind is only a potential capacity to collect, select and adopt experiences through your body' five senses.
Who were you while at your mother's womb let's ask? Or father's sperm? Apparently you existed then, as well.
Then if you think deeper somehow what is real "you" perhaps can't die?
Accordingly you must be bigger, by far bigger than your current Ego for which you believe is yourself.?
If presumably this is so, who then has fears? Who is afraid and who was abused?
Don't accept anything I say, but try to do your own research. Meditate, think, go deep, be aware, do not fall for illusory impressions and stay alert when thinking.
Try to answer: Who am I?
Whatever you may read, learn, hear...... its OK, acknowledge it and then drop it. If anything was valuable will remain in you, show you the direction, but the path itself.... you must walk alone.
And never be too serious about anything. Life in this form on this Earth is too short to consume it being serious. Trust me on that.
