That was great. Some very amusing bits. Perhaps my choice of words was not quite right going on the lack of clothing. So you also League of Gentleman fans. Crazy program. That deserted town was odd. As for us out in our van, not far from home, costa del sol, pouring with rain, snow up high, wind blowing and hardly able to hear your voices at times. Mad march.
Hey Robert nice to hear from you. Royston Vasey was the town, I was a massive fan in my twenties (Bee) and have gone on to love Inside Number 9, and of course all the stuff the genius Mark Gatiss does. There's even less clothing in tonight's vid 🤣 Wow, snow and rain!? Mad March indeed. We're just drowning in rain at the moment in the UK! Take care and batten down the hatches! Thanks 🙏🏼
HI Guys, Just wondering if you purchased an emotes tag to get through the toll roads or did you pay by Mastercard/visa or by. something like a revolute card. We are touring France and Spain in April - June so count down has started, but I was wondering did you book any of your sites in advance? Regards Drew & Linda🏴
Exciting times! None of our sites were booked in advance, with the exception of the two holiday-style parks with pools we stayed in. We tended to use Revolut card, though sometimes a regular visa card too. Good luck and have loads of fun! 😊❤️🙏🏼
Greyhounds have smaller heads than their necks. Therefore they need a special collar that won't slip. This is his ID. The grey collar is a sand fly and flea deterrent - essential in the south of France. Finally, greyhounds reach speeds of 40mph. This can cause injury to dog and owner and the safest/easiest way for me to control him is to have this harness. Tbh, he needs a three-point harness to ensure he can't escape, but Sammy is particularly docile so the two-point will do. Sammy doesn't wear the special flea collar in the UK atm but he didn't get one tick or flea during our three-month stint in France. Greyhounds are quite unique dogs to own - their blood is unlike any other dogs and can be used for any dog who needs a blood transfusion. It's been a learning curve for me owning him.
Hi, May and June should be fine for using aires, they are in abundance in France and many are free, though you can use an organisation like France Passion if you want a little more organisation to your schedule! Many places we just rocked up to so it can be hit and miss what you get, but using apps such as Park4Night will help you pre-plan a little. It's amazing what is out there. We certainly had more trouble in the height of summer below Toulouse, but if you're not heading to the med you should be fine. Most aires are quite modern and you can use your debit cards and so on, but some still operate an old-fashioned token system which can be a little more of a faff, especially if you have to go searching for tokens in local stores. I think Wandering Bird UA-cam channel has a good video or two on Aires in France. Good luck and happy travelling xx
@@EscapeintheMotorhome Thanks for the reply much appreciated , we’re going to give France passion a go as well . Not sure what part of France we’ll go to this yr as well just try to follow the Sun 🌞!

I’ve got a few spare dog collars should Sami need anymore??? Why do you have 2 collars plus a harness??

What tips would you give with reference to using aires ? Planning on using a few for the first time this summer (May/June) .
