Ok, I've figured out what the reverse part is actually saying. At 00:21 if you put it on .75 speed it's saying "shake your butt, shake your butt".

If you put it at 0.5 they're saying please help us

I thought I also heard a little of Tal Tal Heights from Awakening, but I could be completely wrong.
You should watch the video of Tim de Man. He’s a composer who deciphered the main theme of Totk and Botw and came to the conclusion that both are nearly the same songs you can put together to a Loop. That means Botw Beginning leads to Tears of the Kingdom’s end meanwhile Tears of the Kingdom’s beginning leads to Botw beginning. Well I can’t explain well enough but I put the link to the video below.

Back when people started reversing the audio from the very first trailer, the only guess that ever sounded convincing to me was "help us, please"-and that's still exactly what I hear at 00:21
So what I’m hearing is “save her blood” or “save the blood”. If this is actually what’s being said, the main steaks might have to do with the actual rebirthing cycle itself this time. I believe the person we hear talking early on in trailer is actually demise, not ganon, and this could be telling us that, as he started the blood cycle where these three and their decendants are forever destined to have the triforce pieces and battle, he is now attempting to break this cycle by destroying all three blood lines and claiming the triforce for just himself.

not sure if this audio is supposed to be that same Twili language, much deeper voice than Midna's, but if it is, the audio would have to be unscrambled properly
To anyone wondering, play the video in .25 speed and I'm pretty sure it's saying the same thing as the first trailer a few years ago when everyone was reversing it. It's either prepare for the end of Hyrule or save us Hyrule
Edit: As to earlier theories and with the gerudo text, I'm pretty sure the zonai is an ancient version of this hyrules timelines of the Gerudo tribe, as the Zonai's correlation to the green magic and the Gerudo's language in the magic.

I keep hearing "help us, link. help us" on loop. Voice sounds distorted the same way Midna's was distorted in Twilight Princess.
Since I can't make out what it's a reverse of, I'm inclined to believe that it's twilian since it's very similar sounding to their language and speech.

00:16 definately sounds like Demise's phase 2 start but sped up and more grim rather than epic.

It also sounds very much like the "Events of 100 Years ago" piece from Breath of the Wild, which has interesting implications!
I think in the first trailer I was hearing "demise is coming" and now I'm hearing "demise is here demise is here"
