Regarding capping your fps, if you find that your frame rate stutters a lot (goes up and down) then capping it can prevent that from happening. More often than not having a stable 60fps is better than jumping from 30 to 100 every time you turn around. Of course what you cap to depends on what your hardware can manage, if your monitor is 144hz but you can't get stable 144fps than cap it lower, you should keep playing around with that setting until you find what feels the smoothest. Higher Stability > Higher Frame Count
You're right, I think I meant that in my context where frames are not an issue, I wouldn't cap my fps to my refresh rate -- but if you have fps issues capping is definitely an option
On a laptop the reason for capping fps would be to reduce the chances of overheating, so if your laptop has no issues running at decent temps I would uncap
everytime i set mine to fullscreen i experience fps jittering (this have been happening since the beta), borderless fullscreen is fine tho which is weird
Your mic is picking up a low frequency hum between 60-80hz, its probably only noticeable for people who use studio headphones or monitors but I thought you should know
used this guide, now I'm Substance 3( I was substance 1)

Forward changes the art style on some maps so much and yet u don’t feel any sort of latency difference

Should I uncap fps even on a laptop?

@@strinariii Well it's fairly new. i9-13900hx, 4060, I just heard temps for i9 is harsh...
@@strinariii does it damage my laptop display? I mean mine is only 60hz
No

I haven't experienced this, could it be an issue with your mouse polling rate being too high (like 8k)?
If you havent updated your graphics drivers in a while that can cause stuttering like I did for me on some games

Thanks, I did notice it as well but I have no idea to fix it - Do you know how?
why graphics low? for game play reasons or hardware?
for gameplay. Low = less things to process = lower latency + more fps + less distracting (e.g. bloom).
@@strinariii since i got 1440p gaming pc running on 1080p, the FPS is not issue.
