@@nesq4104 Storm has Rogue Storm mode which is on par with Phoenix, I would say Storm is already above omega level though, her only weakness is her durability which can be easily fixed if she were to ask Thor for a hammer or deliberately ask a vamp to bite her for more durability which also includes healing factor too, being a sorceress supreme her fire power would be planet busting and she would also gain stronger shielding then her wind shields can withstand, writers are afraid to write for her because she has so much cheating techniques which will ruin her fitting in with ordinary heroes

Mind you it was OFFICIALLY stated when she was went into her raw elemental berserk form against Dr Doom she equaled the power level of The Phoenix and I think that’s why writers haven’t let her tap into that transformation since then because I’ve been inching to see it again. 😭Hopefully in the Storm solo series we can get it.

Well Storm then was still very young and inexperienced with her powers and I’m talking about all of her powers. Wonder Woman was older but not as strong as she is considered to be now. Storm still had the capability to defeat Wonder Woman as Storm was used to fighting foes of Wonder Woman type strength at the time. Wonder Woman was and still is powerless to many energy powers.
Both women have grown into their abilities and capabilities. Both has gain all the experience they need that can rival ancient warriors and strategy and tactics that can rival Captain America and Batman (at least Storm does I’ve never witnessed Wonder Woman strategize during battle outside of the standard combatant).
Storm can also enhance her physical strength, alter her power output, has lightning speed and is even to manipulate the kinetic energy of others (slowing their and/or decreasing their strength levels) like she did against Vulcan.
Its even difficult for the most elite fighter to just simply defeat Storm beca not only is Storm an expert trained fighter with inhuman agility, flexibility and speed but she can also predict one’s exact movements before they make them by reading one’s electrical signals like it’s telepathy and counter.
Storm can see in terms of energy but also see the energy levels in beings like she did most recently with Vulcan and so she knows just the right amount of lightning/electriciity to distribute to her targets body

No she’s not as powerful as Thor. She’s capable of hurting him and even subduing him but to kill him would be a stretch. In terms of power scaling he’s certainly a level above but she can do things with her weather Manipulation that he can’t do. Thor’s abilities are colossal, robust and and gargantuan in nature whilst Storm’s abilities are acute, refined and rigorous in nature. Both characters are the perfect encapsulation of masculine/feminine energy under the context of elemental powers. Thor admires Storm’s capabilities and he has respect for her in that he’s not stupid enough to underestimate her.

Yeah, she's so strong and powerful that she's boring as hell and is basically nothing without her powers. She may have had this big soul searching journey when she first lost her powers in the 80s in the comics (which made her a hell of a lot more interesting and juicy) but with her constantly kept in god queen Mary Sue mode, it makes her just as boring, transparent and stereotypical as Jean Grey and every god in the Marvel universe.
She is even less relatable than Jean Grey and hard to fangirl for as she is now considering that she is getting just as overexposed and ridiculously overpowered as Wolverine is. I like Storm better when she's grounded, relatable and less melodramatic like the version in X-Men Evolution as just having weather powers makes you enough of a threat and being forced to be a thief in a foreign country as a child to survive because her parents died in a plane crash already made her an interesting character as she came from struggle.
However bloating her character up to be a queen, goddess, master fighter, master thief just does Storm more harm than good as she's just become a caricature and parody of the OG Storm as she is shown with no real inner human struggles of her own besides being a mutant and her past with BP as how the comics set ups how everything can be solved with just her presence. She just makes me do a hard eye roll these days as she's just another ultra-suped up joke of the character that she used to be.
Hahaha! The reach is strong in this one. Storm, warping reality? Hahaha! That's World War Hulk levels of PIS and BS. It's so cringe. Writers can come up with all the crazy upgrades they can think of, but this token character will never ever be more than that - a token character who's an afterthought in everything. Jean's omega? Let's make Storm one too (a good 3 decades later). Scarlet Witch is a witch? Let's make her one too. Thor is an actual god? Then let's call her a goddess too (even though she's not). Vulcan's an OG powerful omega? Let's make her beat him (even though she's not an OG omega and is way below Vulcan's league). I feel really bad for the Storm fanboys. Your favorite character has been reduced to nothing but a poor man's version of everyone else, an inferior copycat. It must be really hard to write such an ugly one-dimensional character which is why the only thing writers can think of to make her less boring is to give her power-ups that are out of character and which happen to be legacies of other characters already. Just look at X-Men history. She doesn't even have a solo arc that has impacted X-Men lore and the Marvel Universe in general. Lifedeath is the only one she has that can at least be recalled, but even that ended up being irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. So now, the latest gimmick is to make her an Avenger. Hahahaha! I have a better idea. Since Storm is the template for copying other characters' legacies, just give her something like a "weather force" akin to Jean Grey's Phoenix Force and Scarlet Witch's Chaos Magic so she can have her own trump card. It's not like she hasn't copied those two's legacies, right?
But Storm was BORN with mystical powers since her inception. It's her birth rite. Her lineage. Jean and Scarlet Witch were never naturally transcendent beings as part of their birth rite.

And she has also harmed multiple dominions in the after life (they rival phoenix and galactus in power).
Those sounds cool! Definitely wanna add them! Post issues of the comics of each of these feats! Would appreciate it!

Iceman has never been a match for storm
He's not even close and she trained him to better honed his powers so she knows how to take him down
That’s debatable. Iceman is omega and once froze hell over. His conditioning is better then hers. In his ice form he can regenerate, has super strength and durability. Storm’s physical conditioning is weak. She has no enhanced strength or durability therefore someone like sabertooth or beast could easily kill her with their bare hands. Btw I’m not bashing storm I’m her biggest fan. I’m just calling out her strengths and weaknesses. I also believe he has mastery over cryogenisesis.

She can seperate hydrogen from oxygen easily thereby instant killing Iceman as he is a water H2O entity. This why he will always lose to her. Just like she did to hydro man and turned him to vapor instantly she can do same to Iceman plus seperate out the individual elements in water and he's dead

There is only one question? Is there a difference between having Strength and having power? If through some miracle Wonder Woman were to wade her way past Storms Omega energy, would Storm be strong enough to withstand a punch full on the chin from Diana? If not does that mean she's vulnerable to Nightcrawler's teleportation mutant power?
There's a difference between having muscle strength, there's a difference between having blast power!
Examples would be like how Cyclops couldn't punch physically through a giant island or something but his energy blast could from his eyes could destroy it
That's kind of how like storm is. her muscles aren't like the Hulk or nothing but her blasts or the concussive force of her blast hit like powerhouses

Marvel has like some of the biggest catalog of characters out there. there's probably plenty of characters I've never heard of.
And to be honest I'm not really interested in every Marvel character in existence just because they're a Marvel character.

Yes Magneto and Storm’s powers are identical in essence. Essentially on a conceptual level they are both simply EM manipulators. They can harness the fundamental forces of nature specifically within the EM field. This is where their abilities are most effective and pertinent.
Magneto can channel and manipulate the basic principals of attraction and repulsion within any respective frequency within the EM spectrum whilst Storm can manipulate the potential and kinetic energy of the EM, specifically through the elements.
Magneto is stronger with his abilities because he’s more skilled at using them whilst Storm has more raw power at her disposal. Magneto is more powerful because he has demonstrated the ability to deflect her lightning and electricity against her, thus overloading her. Her lightning strikes also have no effect on him, in fact such attacks amplify his existing mastery over magnetism.
Of course magnetism and electricity go hand in hand. You cannot have one without the other. She’s only been able to hurt magneto by manipulating the air around him or in him. This is her only weapon against him. Flash freezing him or creating localised blizzards around him proved to be pointless because extreme cold or freezing acts as a “superconductor” on the atomic level within magnetism.
Their mutant abilities basically make them siblings under the context of sharing the same fundamental power - EM SPECTRUM MANIPULATION. Which is why you saw them team up together in DOFP. Destroying all those incoming sentinels by using the X-jet as a makeshift hydrogen bomb.

But magneto is the specialist at it. But raw power the fact she summoned a galactic core means her EM manipulation far exceeds magnetos by a trillion. Magnetos has planetary scale EM. While storm has solar system and beyond EM control. No reason she couldn't shut him down. Even magneto said she could kill him easily if she wanted too . But hey it's comics.

Demi-gods are hella durable but there’s these little technicalities such as WW being hurt by bullets but she can tank explosions or energy blasts. It doesn’t make sense. It’s like that with Thor, in the movies he can tank energy blasts, blunt force trauma, falls from great heights but in Ragnarok Hulk launches a huge metallic disk at him that Thor narrowly dodges to which he says - “you nearly killed me!”
The irony is Superman tanked getting hit by trains and lorries in Man of Steel and just shrugged it off.
The writers never truly think properly about the science of superhuman abilities when they write stories, their logic is flawed and convoluted. What makes me laugh is Justice League (Snyder cut) when WW saves the hostages in the museum using her super-speed to deflect the bullets, one or two bullets hit her back and she winces. As if to say - “ouch that hurt.” 😂😂😂
I may be alone in this opinion. But I'm a firm believer of that writers actually need to actually care about power levels. Anybody that says writers don't need to care about power levels I think that's a crazy opinion to me. Writers need to care about how strong their characters are. It breaks immersion in the stories when the power levels don't seem right lol it's like you're trying your readers intelligence.

I wouldn't mind seeing another crossover with Storm and Wonder Woman both de-powered in a face off. Since both are goddesses, it makes sense why she was able to electrocute her so intensely and it have a devastating effect. It was a battle between Two goddesses. I can only imagine the debate amongst the 2 companies during their meet.
