SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE

A sugar cookie, or sugar biscuit, is a cookie with the main ingredients being sugar, flour, butter, eggs, vanilla, and either baking powder or baking soda. Sugar cookies may be formed by hand, dropped, or rolled and cut into shapes. Here, leftover Tart crust dough is used to make Cookie. These Cookies, then later topped with sugar icing.
Ingredients:
For leftover Dough:
• ROSE & RASPBERRY TART ...
For Sugar Icing:
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Corn Syrup (optional) - 3/4 teaspoon
Vanilla Essence - 1/8 teaspoon
Cold Milk - 2.75 teaspoon
Yellow food colour - a pinch
The quantity of Milk can vary depending on the Icing Sugar. But make sure that the icing is a ribbon consistency.
