Hi Ian Once again a great tutorial. Thank you again...it's -20 degrees celsius here and we're preparing for a major snowfall in Canada today so enjoy that heat! Good on ya! Take care , Ursula
Beautiful painting and a great tutorial, you certainly put in a load of work there, but it has paid dividends, I shall give this one a try and see if I have the same patience as you. Thanks.
I think the water must be wet for long time since you can make shadows of the tree there...soemtimes I think there are not a lot of time for that,,,maybe I do something wrong...
@@dannatullis2233 Thanks..but Iam not sure that we have that in Denmark...I use glyserin it is also fine..but I have a feeling sometimes..that I must be quickly to painting around there...if Iam going to have the shadows also..I must try again ...Thanks for help :-)
Golden makes a good water base paint retarder. I have also used a house painters retardant, Floetrol, that works great and is cheaper. It's used to slow drying time when spray painting to get smooth coverage. You may find a similar product that' Danish painters use. Blending is easier with retarder, also if you use a matte medium. I've not used glycerin but that must be similar but probably doesn't "slow" the drying time as a retarder does.
Hola, yo sigo tu programa y te he copiado tus pinturas aunque no me quedan igual, me gustaría que antes que subieran tus vídeos estuvieran traducido en español. Plis. Un gran abrazo.

You can add the retarder at any point to extend your painting time.

Hay una forma de traducir en varios idiomas, tocando unos símbolos justo debajo de la video. Pero..la traducción es mala, muy mala.
