Great to see to see you back Luke. I have a U.S. Military roll up wrench set that I bought at a surplus store decades ago brand new never issued and it’s been a part of my tool kit that I keep in the cab of my truck. Always good to see a new Back to the Basics 101 video and I hope you and your family are doing well.
Hey, that would be an interesting thing to see. I’ve never seen a US military made one. I’m sure it’s very good material. Are they US military wrenches as well.
A few years back I commented on one of your videos where you discussed a modification where you ground a flat tip screwdriver onto your pliers it was one of the only tool mods on UA-cam I’d seen that I felt I needed to immediately do and it’s been so useful I don’t know how I did without it. Last night I saw this video and spent the next few hours watching Bible verses on my work tools you’ve got some good ideas my brother in Christ
Thank you for the kind words. You inspired me to do another video on PLIERS. Your comment is very appreciated at a time where I could use some encouragement. Thank you for taking the time and reaching out. Luke
Engraving the scripture references is a great idea. I have used a wrench roll up, they were great when working on antique cars because the boss would not let you put anything but a shop blanket on the paint. So the best news, I have saved for last. I have been blessed to move, and I learned about Gethsemane Bible Institute in Walnut Ridge AR that has an online program, and I have completed the Bachelors. I know even though we are only UA-cam acquaintances you will be happy for me. I will see you someday, but I will not go to a nursing home. I have prayed for years, I just want to die at home in my sleep. A lot of my prayers are answered. So, next, I am studying for my masters. God Bless you all.
There is nothing wrong with inexpensive tools, especially if they are not going to be located in a secure manner, in a stationary place. A truck set where the dang thing could just get pitched into a pile of lord know what? Yeha, third hand garage sale tools and chinesium for sure. I bought two rolls, one red, and one yellow to keep my metric and standard stuff handy and color coded.
Still the same status. I still have it and use it regularly. Thank you for the great idea. I will try to put that in the arsenal of ideas and get it done.
That's all I ever buy is cheap stuff because it gets thrown in my truck and then I set it somewhere and end up losing it I just hate it when you buy the stuff from Tractor Supply as a set and it is always missing the 15 and the 18 mm wrenches I am a firm believer in Harbor Freight for wrenches and sockets because they seem to have the most complete sets at the cheapest prices
Good to see you Luke I hope you and your family is well. You should have them on your show again. God bless.
Great idea engraving the scriptures onto your tools. I’m also glad to see another video, thank you!
Thanks for the great idea. Good to see you again, Brother Luke. God bless
Glade to see you back making videos. You always have something encouraging to say.

Stinks when you lose a wrench or tool part of a set.
My Atlas 46 tool roll totally smokes that canvas bag. You should check it out. If you don't love it send it back in 46 days and get a full refund.
I’ve never heard of that one. I’ll have to look into it. Thank you for the heads up on it.
