We sacrificed a lot to get our land. And the Lord was good to us in showing us this land. We do our best to honor that and work with the land to raise our family. Still work in town, but I probably always will.
Yeah, I sold my '99 F150, White Lightnin', a couple years back for more than I paid for it when I bought it 5 years ago. Now I'm the proud owner of a '98 Subaru Sambar Mini-truck, just wasn't will to pay big ridiculous money they wanted for a SxS. I liked the old F150, but the rats in the barn liked the wiring and it was becoming too much trouble. This one is dead simple, think dirt bike simple, has 4wd and a 6 foot bed for hauling stuff around. I have my big truck if I need to haul something heavy, but for general ranch work, the mini-truck is perfect, and cheap.
Purchased 20 acres when i was 20 yrs old. Worked my butt off and saved hard to pay off within 8 yrs on the loan. I'm now 45, and tell my daughter, nephew's, and friend's that land is thee best investment anyone can purchase. Paid $1300 an acre and now it's easily $12,000 an acre. Every piece of ground around here is being purchased at that price upwards of $14k an acre.

The ranch I work for in texas we have a few trucks like blackie. They keep going and going. God bless you and your family brother.
That’s my kind of truck I would buy them twice on Sunday if I could🤣🤣😎
Land's a great investment.
Love the old fords luke, do you still have your 1997 crew cab F350 powerstroke around?
Thanks Luke great counsel as always
That's a 1990. I have one just like it. Diesel though. Original everything and smokes like crazy. But I keep her local.

In the 50s I learned to drive a stick while working on a farm.

That is a good looking ford f 250 just needs a little work
The only thing better than getting a new Ford pick up is getting your grandpa’s old one.
