What a beautiful old Cutlass. All I would do is fix everything you pointed out as not working. Since I am enjoying my early retirement. I would daily this gorgeous car.
LOVE the styling and the lines of this classic car ,even with the chips and dimples and other flaws that is so reasonably priced ,don't think it will be around long, can I do your job for 1 day, it's on my bucket list, just driving those beautiful cars is a dream and so many of my favorite cars
The paint job…that cherry caramel red…is my second favorite after that beautiful bluish/greenish Buick Skylark convertible you showed us a few weeks ago. Coming back to this one, a beautiful car and pretty exclusive.
Just a FYI. I just learned this. Manually shifting an automatic transmission now and then is OK. But constantly doing it under a lot of stress like taking off from a stoplight like your drag racing can damage an automatic transmission. Considering how much transmission cost to repair I thought I would pass this along. I have been working on cars for 50 years and as I said I just learned this from a Transmission guy who has been building them for 60 years.
This car is running the A-6 A/C compressor , for many years Jaguar , Mercedes and Rolls Royce were using it on their cars ….. Best comp GM ever made …. Great looking 🚘
My uncle had a 67 cutlass when I was a kid, I live in Pittsburgh we have really big hills every where, well I was with him my mom sister an lost the brakes on Rea big hill ,luckily we went up onto hillside o er a stop sign came to stop because the next hill after that was even bigger if we hadn't stopped
I had a 1966 Oldsmobile Cutlass . great the engine transmission only the front end had an accident cuz part of it was silver and the other side was Gray. Lasted for a couple years and I only pay $75 back in 1974. I think this one's a little too much cuz a lot of things needs to be worked on
I had a blue with black vynal top, 442 4 speed , one of the fastest cars I ever drove , I miss that one , sold it for 2000 dollars in 1980 , who would've thought???
Thats an awesome find and survivor. That was a great ride down memory lane. No deal breaker here this is classic 👌 Would look 😍 awesome as a HURST CLONE in white with gold strips, chrome gasser front end, a 8.71 blower motor, cragars with pie crusted slicks. Thas what I'd do if I had that!!! Give that car another 50 years of fun, show time. Lol 😆 🤣 😂
Just a absolute beautiful GM Nicks showing us…if I made a trip to Hendersonville TN I’d be tempted to buy every Chevy and GM muscle car on the lot…sorry Ford and Mopar guys I’m strictly a Chevy man and other Muscle cars under the GM banner….👍🏼👍🏼 damnit I had the wipers no and horn yes!!! 🧐
Another FYI, it was standard practice for so long that alignment shops still practiced this. They align car to where it wants to pull to the left because the average road slants to the right. Just recently at a fire stone I had to ask them Not to do this. At first they argued with me. I ended up taking it to another shop or they aligned it the way I wanted it to.
do you spend anything to correct for some issues? 4=wheel alignment, etc, brakes,? anything? besides adding some fuel, what service do you perform on the cars you sell? fixing the gas gauge...thanks..
@@MapleMotorsNickSouthgate At least you are being honest about pre sale service, I would rather buy a car and then fix the problems myself. at least that way I would know it was done right .By the way I had a 66 F85 in that color combo in the mid 70s
Real close to call & buy without wife's approval. Delta 88 sky blue convertible, white leather interior & top. Mom wrapped one around a telephone pole checking on my sister passed out on the passenger side floor after dentist. Class bully's dad was the official wrecker of the police dept, had to jump to punch him in the face after blabbling how nice the car was and how stupid she was.
66 and 67 best roof line ever, Chevelle, Lemans, GTO, Cutlass, and Skylark.
Absolutely
Stunning
Agreed
Yep
My step grandfather had a car just like this and he absolutely loved this car. I have some very good memories riding in that car when I was little.
That era mid 60s to early 70s best styling of cars ever 👌

I have the twin of this car. I love it! Bought it for $4000.00 on trade in 1999 for a new 1999 Dodge Ram.

Random Question, Isnt Johnny Cash buried in Hendersonville?
@@seH2i I thought Johns cabin home was in hendersonville but it burned down?
Yes his house was here in Hendersonville, where the movie was based off of.
@@MapleMotorsNickSouthgate That is so cool. Cash is King!
Cool 😎
Needs some wider tires to fill those wheel wells or maybe some spacers
