LOCATION: Old Town Transit Center on Congress Ave
AREA/CITY: San Diego
DETAILS:
Three males started arguing on an MTS Trolley. When the trolley reached the Old Town Trolley Station, the three males got off the trolley, and a fight broke out.
The male wearing the red hoodie reportedly stabbed the victim with a knife. The two aggressors then ran down Congress Ave and threw the knife in some bushes. Officers were already in the area and detained the two suspects at the dead-end of Mason St. Officers recovered the knife, which had fresh blood on it.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and was treated for his wounds.
According to the officers, The wounds are considered non-life-threatening.
Witnesses positively identified the two suspects.
