Great video. Well reviewed, especially for someone like myself who knows nothing about electric bikes but is thinking of buying one. Also, well done on making this a fun review to watch, as well as being informative. 👍
Great review. Do you know if there’s a decent support network for this make of bike. I’ve seen a few US reviews recently regarding E Bikes and it would appear that a lot of bike shops are not equipped to do the diagnostic checks should there be a problem on the electrical side. Most bike shops seem to able to tackle the mechanics but are not willing to look at the electrical side.
I’m sorry I’ve no idea, there’s a decent Facebook group and engwe themselves seem to be pretty proactive but I’ve obviously been sent this for review so I didn’t do a purchase research.
The top speed that the motor works until cutting out (legally) is 15.5mph but the top speed is around 25mph before the gears “run out” manually. As we said in the review the battery distance depends on many factors like how heavy the rider is, how much power you use, the terrain etc. We did 39 miles on the bike for this review and had 1 bar left but it was drifting in and out to none. For that we weren’t being careful with the battery and Rick had it on power 5 a lot for his trip to work.
I love hearing Heather laugh, she obviously had fun.
You should see the bits I cut out… it had to be semi instructional….
Thanks, it was great fun

Although I have just bought an Engwe L20 SE I thought that I would see your thoughts on the L20. You did a brilliant review.

Nicely done Heather, ✔️ 👏
It was so much fun.
The editor makes the talent shine…. 🤣
Well done H, love that track from Rowsley. That front rack reminds me of a butchers bike. Nice to see no negative comments YET😂😂 Cheers K.
I’ve started deleting and blocking, the majority of people trying to engage a battle of wits usually turn up unarmed 🤣
Thanks, it is a great location for cycling and walking.
Great review Heather - the train racing looked fun. The battery looked easy to remove, I was imagining having to take the whole seat off.
I had a great time trying it out.
Yes it's really easy to remove the battery
We had a good morning filming 👍
Lovely bike that, colour is very nice 🙂
Avocado green. Looks like army green but yes lovely bike. Cheers mate 👍

Hi heather what’s the distance on one battery and top speed ?
