Absolutely!! I was looking for a carbonated machine that will carbonate any drink, and you answered all and everything I needed to know!!! Just made the purchase, using your link!!😊 Thanks again!❤
Thanks for the honest reviews. This is the 1st time I've heard about the Drinkmate Omnifizz. I'm doing research before I buy one, and it seems like the best option. Although, the ninja looks and seems cooler because of all the button options, lol.
@rae1632 the ninja is a great machine if you are looking for on demand 6-12 Oz drinks. If you are looking for a bottle to take with you places the Omnifizz is the way to go.
Great video! Maybe you can have a taste test with each machine compared to a control of store bought 2 liters. Im curious if measuring the syrup is more accurate than the cups.
Taste test for carbonation amount or taste of carbonation? Each machine can carbonate the same strength it's about how much gets wasted through decompression. For the taste of carbonation itself just depends on the brand of CO2 you get. Simpli Soda has a good CO2.
@BrandonsFLUR I meant trying to figure out a better way to measure the syrup to obtain a flavor that's the same as manufactured sodas. I've tried using a berkey filter to get a better flavor and I've thought about measuring by weight to see if I can perfect the process.
@BrandonsFLUR regular Pepsi, Italian energy drink syrup, and Portland soda root beer so far. It doesn't always taste like the pre-made and I'm wondering if it's due to measuring or water quality how to adjust it to get a consistent amount.
I found you cause omnifizz party kit is on sale on Amazon right now and I only keep hearing from soda stream people. But that $45 off and the kids gross concoctions having a separate lid than mine so I don’t have to share flavors on any level sounds like a win for me.
@ddavidson67 yep sometimes I throw my bottles in the freezer even though they say not to. They get to a shaved ice texture and they carbonate nice. You want to make sure that you still have liquid though or the carbonation won't take.
I've been looking at the drinkmate for a while and your review has me sold on it. They seem to offer smaller bottles in the accessories part of their website UK at least. I live the idea of turning the Friday night wine into a sparkling wine! 🎉
Do you know if you can fit a standard 2-liter soda bottle underneath? I want to use Drinkmate to refresh my store-bought 2-liter sodas. Of course, I would need to find an adapter for the infuser.
Nice review. Have you considered doing another video comparing the breville infizz versus the drinkmate omnifizz. I'm particularly interested if the breville has better quality internal parts than the Drinkmate. Also Brevile says that their bottles are not compatible to the drinkmate bottles. Could you confirm that this is so.
That machine has been on my radar for some time now. I contacted the company multiple times but they have never reached back out. I think it's kinda like the Aarke, does the same thing but really expensive. I'll likely buy one in the new future and compare them.
@BrandonsFLU Also, Drinkmate makes a premium model Lux which appears to compete with the breville infizz. It's made with stainless steel on the outside but I'm not sure what parts are on the inside. They also include a stainless steel 11 bottle.
I still use my soda stream Everyday And I still use the one that I first ever owned Which is the soda stream Jet And my favorite flavors are Doctor Pete Root beer Cola And cherry cola
I still use my carbonators every day as well. One thing I'd suggest is looking up sucralose and how it can affect your microbiome. I know those sodastream syrups are both sugar and sucralose. Thanks for watching
@@BrandonsFLUR No offense, but sucralose is the last thing you should be worried about. If you're drinking soda every day, sugar free is by far better for you than regular. Being overweight will be significantly worse for your health than the unproven microbiome affects of low calorie sweeteners
Good video! Maybe a future video idea would be to try and see if the drinkmate wasts less co2 compared to sodastream machine, like e-terra. Maybe see how many bottles of carbonated drinks you get out of the eterra vs the drinkmate. Or compare the co2 used up after making 15 bottles of water in each. At the moment with your experience of using these machines, do you think the DrinkMate wastes less CO2 compared to the e-terra or Art? Are you considering drinkmate's stainless steel bottle, a sodastream with glass bottle or the aftermarket stainless steel bottle that is compatible with sodastream as a future purchase?
Overall, the drinkmate likely uses the least amount of co2. The button is very sensitive when carbonating. Once you hear decompression it's wasting co2. I would say the ninja thirsti uses the most co2, followed by the eterra. Any that uses electronics likely waste the most. I have heard that glass bottles keep carbonated drinks best. I'm honestly not a fan of metal containers, I have a thing about metal with drinking and eating. A weird fact about me is that I use plastic utensils every time I eat unless I'm at a restaurant or a place that doesn't offer plastic ware.
I use a old soda stream and a Co2 tank adapter adding a refillable large tank with hose and makes hundreds of carbon drinks. 40$ to fill the tank and provides hundreds of 16oz drinks which I still have not ran out drink about two 16oz daily now for months.
@BrandonsFLUR Absolutely the way to go! Especially the benefits of carbonated water are many and its going to be part of your life definitely the best savings ever!
@DoctorRevers I've reached out to aarke in the past to get one of their machines. They never reached back out. I feel like the art is pretty comparable. I do like the looks of the aarke though, they look cool.
@kinglord5429 if ninja came out with a stevia line of flavors I think they could do really well. Overall the ninja is good for those that want a 6/12oz drink and will drink it within an hour.
I partnered up with Drinkmate. If you want to save 15% use FIZZ15 with the link below bit.ly/BrandonsFLURDM

@JohnDoe-id9hi I'd say it's because of the measuring. It's like fountain drinks, they never taste like the canned and bottled stuff.

Going back to soda stream ninja takes a century to prepare a drink

I get my Sodastream at the Thrift store. Cost about $10, and some have the bottles with them.
