THANK YOU Unfiltered Reactions. Smile Again was, in fact, intentional homage to Korn and CK Smile the singer admits it. Everyone is inspired by someone or something. His tone is what it is, and the similarities in other songs are nothing more than that. Your honest reaction is appreciated.
Thank you so much for the reaction! You can call me Kels, I don't mind. I have become a big fan of Chaoseum. They have a lot of great music and an acoustic album too. and yes they always wear the make up. I look forward to more reactions.
BROOOOO. Your review on this is what got me to subscribe to you. And I TOTALLY agree with your opinion on the songs climax. The solo is awesome and I LOOOOOVE how the guitar is still there during the final chorus repeat. Its hypnotic in the melody
How unfortunate that some people are so hung up on appearance and totally ignore the amazing talent they're clearly hearing. LISTEN and understand that is what matters, the music, the talent, the artistry.
I can think of two other Chaoseum songs that sound even less like Korn, that you'll also like. "First Step To Hell" and "Into My Split" - the former has some thrash metal influences blended with traditional heavy metal and the latter steps into death metal territory a little bit.
Nu Metal was defined by Korn... Love those Guys...own their albums.... Chaoseum... Smile Again very "Korn". The rest of the albums i own... and trust me... they have a bit of EVERYONE in metal... love it!! Keep reacting dude!! Awesome!!
This particular song has elements of Johnathan in CK's voice but that's it, this one doesn't really sound like Korn. Smile Again and Unreal are really the only ones so far that sound heavily influenced of Korn. But I don't see it as a problem. Many bands sound like other bands.
I don't see it as a problem either, infact smile again was cool that it felt like a throwback to me but also fresh, not the same korn songs I've heard a thousand times before but familiar enough to really dig. And actually was refreshing because I haven't liked korns new material in years, it doesn't hit the same
their song "unreal" is so good!! it definitely sounds like it belongs on korns untouchables album though lol as far as Smile Again, it was a Korn tribute song, as explained by CK, the frontman of the group.
@@9292godsmack JD recorded the tunes to his solo album over 10 years ago and released it just a few years ago. I am 100% familiar with the music. This song sounds nothing like anything off of Black Labyrinth. Seems you're the one who's deaf.
@@CapriKoRn I am totally aware how long it took him to release that album. I am a huge Korn and JD fan. This band sucks and they totally ripped off Korn's style.
This band is so far from Korn You can see the influence but you can also see so many other bands influences In the music like some of them I get a Slipknot vibe and others I get Korn This band has done something that no other band since those times early 2000 have been able to pull off is sounding like they do you see the influence yes but they do their own thing and they fucking love it
I just saw the deleted scene from the batman. Is it just me or does this joker look like the singer of mudvayne from the dig video? Also all these jokers gotta stop acting like heath ledgers joker

Chaoseum has another song called Unreal. Awesome........................

whoops, not "Into My Split", "Second Life", in regards to the song with death metal influences. I got the two songs mxied up.
Hell has no way out is definitely more Trivium than KoRn. I feel that's who Chaoseum is a mix of Trivium and KoRn. That's NOT a bad thing
These guys are really good smile again is a banger but the korn vibes got them where they are
Nu Metal was defined by Korn... Love those Guys...own their albums.... Chaoseum... Smile Again very "Korn". The rest of the albums i own... and trust me... they have a bit of EVERYONE in metal... love it!! Keep reacting dude!! Awesome!!
also check out the acoustic version of this song!!!

Man I grew up listing to korn and all them bands and this song sounds like some Jonathan Davis and some marylin manson shit badass
Talking about korn.... Where is your reaction of the new Jonathan Davis Song called "elex"? Greetings from Portugal
I thought that was Damien priest for a sec
At the very beginning
It sounds like JD solo album
Sounds NOTHING like JD's solo album.
@@CapriKoRn Yes it does. are you deaf?
@@CapriKoRn ua-cam.com/video/IJhQRRCUENI/v-deo.html It sounds like this

The album version is different than the video version.

Lol oh damn yea he does look like the dig video lol
I think that ripping off Korn is a fucking talent. I mean if you can copy and mimic the great is still an achievement
Korny...lol...kornish....kornish hen...lolol.. that was too funny 🤣 😆 😂 🔥🔥😎👍
I wouldn't say smile again is an anomaly, they have a couple more songs similar to Korn, no hate though I actually like them
Chaoseum is not a korn rip off they use no base player
they play with a bass track. one of the guitarists plays the bass too.
....and ...it does kinda sound like korn...way to far.......😁😁😁😁😁...I had to say it👍😎😎
I Love you as a reactor but this band doesn’t deserve any attention imo.
