Do not abbandon your meds, i know it's very difficult. Try to always find escape valves like this one. I'm just a little bit depressive and whenever i find myself in a difficult time, i always write in my private diary online, i like to draw some things and so on. This this one too. If you don't mind, i'll recomment you a excellent channel called SBSK, where they interview people with some syndromes, some disorders, they help and etc. I love this channel and i think you'll love too.
