Thank you very much for this video! Very interesting and i agree about the dark pictures, sometimes with clutter 😂! I think prices are too high in Castro. I rather go to Montemilone a villa🏡 house with a terrace! 0:22

Hello Antonio, your videos are always very interesting. Could you tell me please why there are so many houses without gardens, not even a small garden? It is very curious. Thank you.

@@gloriapenny2323 it's typical of the Italian Townhouses to not have a garden.. I think it's the concept of the Italians living in house. For sure there are, but in general they are more expensive and are countryside houses

Does the area have mosquitoes? It could be a practice to minimize mosquito breeding areas. In fact, heres something I found, “How did Rome get rid of malaria?
The elimination of gardens from many parts of Rome during the development of the modern city, as it changed in the direction of the modern situation in which most people live in blocks of flats without gardens, was an important factor in the eradication of malaria from Rome. “

Antonio, I’ve seen on the internet that organized crime has done some toxic waste dumping in Apulia. How can you really know the health and safety of specific towns/locations? Also, what about drought and access to water? What about earthquake risk?

I put in 2 years searching for a home in Italy before I bought one. Being from Southern California, finding the place with the best weather was my objective. I can say that ALL of the sites proving climate information are completely outdated. There have been dramatic changes with climate change. So, the "average temperature" is meaningless.

I recommend looking at the actual temperatures for the past 2-3 years. It can be very counter intuitive. It appears that Tuscany has been getting hotter than Puglia.

@@karenoro5229 Hi Karen, I have just uploaded a video about Puglia today, the one I read the article. This is gonna be my first winter in Basilicata, I'm shocked it's still warm, pity I didn't go to the sea today. I guess temperature will start dropping properly from mid October, No Christmas markets here in Montemilone as far as I know
