Don’t feel bad about showing the items you love, Lisa. I really like seeing your handbags and other luxury purchases multiple times and hearing how much joy they bring you. Sometimes a person just needs to gush, lol.
I’m sure your worst purchase list is small because you had a no buy year. That meant you really had to want/need it to buy it. Everything is great and I feel sad your DIOR jeans don’t fit you, but you paid a lot of money to lose your weight and keep it off, so that’s a good thing. My husband is on a similar health journey and he’s over the moon with the results. Very excited for those who find this option beneficial. Here’s to another great year of purchases.
I love a max mara coat and probably buy one every two years and wear them to death…. Usually I buy on Cettire and get them at half the price I would pay here in Australia retail price. I like the lighter unlined coats as I can put them over a bodysuit and stretch pants with pumps or heeled boots and keep it on throughout the day belted. It always looks super elegant and elongating and is so comfortable! Love your purchases and a Chanel mini is such a good buy!
Thx for this great video. Especially the RV loafers really got me 😮. I was curious very about the book tote mini, somehow I could imagine this happened to me as well 😳.
Agree about the Bouncing sneakers. Mine I've tried numerous times and still so uncomfortable. All of my Hermes sneakers hurt and think they don't design them with comfort in mind.
I love my black bounce sneakers. They’re super comfy. I just didn’t want to risk taking the new pair when I hadn’t really broken them in yet. Sorry yours are uncomfortable
I love buying an item as a great memory from a trip. I once set off alarms at o’hare with a lamp from a Notting Hill shop. A leather bag from Spain for sure.
This was the year of excellent mini Chanel flaps. My best purchase was a bag as well. I bought my first peekaboo. Worst was a sweater I bought from Fendi. I’m not getting as much use as I wanted out of it. I kind of wish I’d just bought a bag.
I really struggle with the handbag vs RTW. I really love RTW, especially now that it fits me, but if you get tired of it, you definitely lose money trying to sell it.
Yeah it’s a nice bag… I plan to use this spring… I bought it almost the end of summer in 2024… I have the Prada crystal bag in black… luv it.. used it a lot for parties
Oh no the jeans!!! 😢 Unfortunately we always end up having some misses. My best purchases of 2024 were my Kelly 25 retourne style ( I really learned that I love retourne and not sellier), My Birkin 25 in rouge Grenat ❤, a Rolex watch and 2 Guilloché Bracelets from VCA. Worst purchases were a dress from Chanel that just doesn’t sit right anymore ( a bit like your jeans) and a Chanel woc in tweed. Otherwise, all the other items I’ve got, I’m super happy with. But my biggest positive this year had been to totally stopped buying at Hermès and being at the merci of an SA. I ended up getting bags from the resell market, and I will never look back.
I’ve learned the hard way about taking a new pair of sneakers on a work trip and deeply regretted it as it was a full blister hurting feet situation. Many thanks for touching on that point because mine were sneakers and my initial thought was “they are sneakers and I’ll be fine” And we were not fine and never again!! Love Max Mara coats and I treated myself to a crop puffer that was in the sale and they are such special pieces ❤🎉
I’m not an expert on sneakers but I can say ,I’m a runner 🏃♀️ and the ASICS nimbus tennis shoes are my way to go if I’m traveling and walking a lot ( ) I never have a blister in the las 30 years running walking or hiking.the fashion brand sneakers are fashion and in my opinion their construction are not the best
The website says they run 1/2 size small but I don’t think that. But I also think my feet shrink with my body so maybe I’m just really a 38 now and not a 38.5. So I personally think they run big. I know I’m just confusing you now!😂🤣
Oh I thought this was all of the purchases for the year lol this low buy year had me all confused because I thought the 13 items was pretty much what you got for the entire year

Thank you, Patty!
Seeing the Max Mara coat makes me want to go back and purchase it as it’s on sale now.
I’d highly recommend it. I love the cut of it. Super easy to wear!
Great video Lisa thanks for sharing 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Thx Marybeth!

Hopefully they’ll get passed on to someone who live them as much as I do

Love the idea of belting the coat. Mine is unlined as well so I might try that when it’s more like fall weather.
Thx for this great video. Especially the RV loafers really got me 😮.

I think the mini book tote is a great purchase. It’s pretty “affordable” and gives me the look of the D-Joy at half the price!

That’s so funny about the lamp!

Hey lovely video… I have the same Prada bag ❤🎉….
Isn’t it great??!!

Good for you! A 25 in rouge grenat is high in my list. It’s a stunning color. Congratulations on so many fabulous pieces!
Always find these videos so enlightening! Love the Chanel tweed bag that you added this year!
Ty!! And I do, too!

I lucked out with the pair I took to Europe in 2023. Better yo be safe than sorry!

@derbywinner6316 great advice/recommendation. Thx
@ thank you for the recommendation! I’m an avid jogger and always looking for a real world review ❤️
@bridgetk4054 love that this community helps each other out
Hi Lisa - are the loafers true to size? They look fab!
The website says they run 1/2 size small but I don’t think that. But I also think my feet shrink with my body so maybe I’m just really a 38 now and not a 38.5. So I personally think they run big. I know I’m just confusing you now!😂🤣
Ugg the sequins give me nightmares. I bought it on preorder then returned it. I thought it was too fragile and sequins fell off after wearing once
I’ve not had any issues with mine and I don’t the others have either. I’ve worn it probably 10 times already. I absolutely love it!
Would Dior (or store) not take the jeans back?
No. I’ve worn them and their return policy is probably 30 days at the most.
I thought you got a bonus bag through Nordstrom this year with some rewards
I did. I just didn’t include it in the top 10
Oh I thought this was all of the purchases for the year lol this low buy year had me all confused because I thought the 13 items was pretty much what you got for the entire year
@MsEasyBeautiful no worries. We all do different versions of similar videos so easy to lose track 😂
I find designer jeans not a nice cut, I prefer the contemporary designers better.
I love the Dior jeans but I wouldn’t have a luxury jeans wardrobe. A couple pair work for me and the rest are contemporary as you mentioned.
The preloved prices have gotten ridiculous even for old decrepit looking bags.
There were deals to be had if you were looking for a speedy 30 or neverfull in monogram but that’s not what I was looking for unfortunately

🥰
This is a huuuuuge plus to a low-buy year!! Fewer regrets!❤❤❤
Absolutely!!🥰
Not the jeans!!! That’s so disappointing. Sell them and buy new Loewe ones.
😂🤣
