Alright, so not my best. But I wanted to post something to tell you guys that I am back! I've been away from wifi and my computer for over two months, so I am reeling to go and get back into editing.
I really didn't like Alec in the books, so I was very confused when he became my favorite in the show. I was even more perturbed when I started shipping him like crazy with Clary, another character I didn't like very much. These two are kind of my obsession now. XD

Romantically speaking I hate this ship. I like them as friends and I can't wait to see them progress in the show like they did in the books.
Even though I don't ship them I lovveee this video. Personally, if the two actors were cast in the same project as different characters (as in not Clary & Alec) I'd probably ship them. Your editing is wonderful.
as someone who has read the books I completely understand you. And i would never have guessed that i would ever ship them in the show.
But they have so much chemistry! haha!
I always take it as a complement on my editing skills when someone who doesn't ship what's in the video still likes it. So thank you.
First of all, let me say, I'm fucking loving this video. The purple and the song and your editing set a certain atmosphere that I can't help but love. I really enjoyed this video.
Second of all: you wanna know why we all like Alec and not jace in the show?? Alec shares a lot of characteristics with book¡jace while show¡jace shares no characteristics with book¡jace. Also, Alec is hotter than jace in the show (my personal opinion) I totally relate to your conflicting opinions lol. I have so many issues with this show but looking at clary and Alec is just so damn pleasant

I completely agree. Show Alec is book Jace to me. (Alec is so fucking hot ohmygod) But it's not just that. The way he is quiet and grumpy and snarky, it's just so irresistible. And it works really well balancing out Clary's character.
+daisy I absolutely agree with you. Its so strange. This role shift, you know? What's weirder, they have a ton more chemistry than clary/jace in the show. Dominic, the guy who plays jace, is (not that this is news) not the best actor. He struggles to correctly get his lines across but they all come out flat and noncommittal and he just lacks all the qualities jace has. It's also no secret that the script/dialogue doesn't make it any easier for these actors as well. But Alec came out perfectly despite him being different from his book!character. I still have my reservations about clary's character but I think that has more to do with the acting than anything else. I genuinely enjoy these twos intersections bleh Idk.
I'm also sad to hear you were having a hard day, would you wanna talk about it? I've been told I'm a great listener (I damn well should be if I follow through with my life plans lmao) regardless, I'm glad I could make you smile. As I stated before, I'm loving this!! Damn

And i don't know if it's just me, but I find the writing for C&A wayyyyy better too. it's like they want us to ship it. XD I personally hate it when they write ships really obviously and cheesy. that's probably why I don't ship any of the main couples in that show.
I'm just having a serious case of Existential Crisis and what is my lifeeee?!? XD But I'll be okay. I'm already feeling a bit better. thank you hun.
