In your opinion, on adult T-shirts, do you need to do Tender Touch or something like it?

You don't need to but you can. I don't find it necessary myself but it might be for larger heavier designs on a t-shirt. For the most part, I don't recommend anything heavier than this on t-shirts for my customers because the weight of the embroidery could make it uncomfortable to wear
