What always amuses me about these Pakistan vids is the amazing inefficiency...Whenever possible, when an object is in your hand, move it to the next process that object requires. Don't scrape in-process materials off the floor and dump them back on the floor four paces away in a second, third, or fourth pile.
@@honkie247 ......A step abpve stone-age would be fiberglass suitcase halves. The rounded bottom edges and corners would be easy to keep clean, and in-progress parts could be easily stored and moved as needed, stacked or on shelves. As a bonus, the fiberglass suitcase halves could be further processed into suitcases. Stamped metal suitcase halves for hot pieces could become ultra heavy-duty suitcases. Shoveling in-process pieces from pile A to pile B is just plain stupid.
I had no idea old electric motor armatures were used to create car front axle spindles. I guess the armature has lots of silicon steel, perfect for high strength applications
Why are these factories always so messy? Why do the parts just get dumped on the floor and why why are there no containers to move them between the stations? And do brooms not exist there? The place is not only full of trip hazards, but also of machines without guards over moving parts, like gears and drive belts. Not to speak about the unergonomic way many machines are mounted. Any German factory foreman would get a heart attack about the mess.

In most of this type of video, you see people in loose fitting clothing , working around exposed belts and pulleys. Do the employers not care enough for their workers to, at least, provide some guards over the moving parts to keep them from getting tangled up and hurt or killed?
No, the employer does not care. Safety equipment and protections cost money. Workers are cheap in Pakistan. If one gets injured, there are plenty more to to take the job. It is like in Europe in the 1850s.
You’d be hard pressed to find anyone to work this hard and diligently over here in USA. Nor would they be allowed to work in these safety sandals, with no eye, lung or hearing protection. And with a total lack of environmental awareness.
ellos estan como al principio de la industrializacion , China empezo igual en los años 80 , y ahora 30 años despues esta casi toda automatizada y los trabajadores con todos los elementos de seguridad encima ...
4:20...have you ever seen anything more ridiculous in all your life? Two workers pick up a heavy tray that requires emptying, they lift it up onto the head of one of those said workers for him to walk 4 paces to empty it onto a pile.

What you are describing is the process of learning from your mistakes. Some nations took care of this centuries ago, others possibly never will.

Hardest working people on the planet..
They work hard, but not smart.
Some of the steps almost seem intentionally harder than need be.
Eye protection ? Flying metal? How about removing metal filings with metal his bare hands?.
Didnt realise there were video cameras in the 1800s

Genuine Massey Ferguson parts. So this is how AGCO saves companies by cutting costs

I wonder if these people ever clean up their work areas. What filthy places!

Хоть бы в конце видео показывали для чего эта запчасть и какую функцию выполняет непонятно же в какой технический узел устанавливается
Это поворотная цапфа. Типо как в МТЗ 50.

I see some of them are wearing standard foundry footwear.
