Hoping for some answers and pain relief for you. I love “incidental findings”. More to keep you busy.

Great fall bag and items. You are staying so strong with the sales. That is challenging.

I love the colors in Autumn Leaves. I discovered this pattern too late and I only have a small wallet I found once in an OOS. I’m sorry to hear about your mom. I can relate to wanting to prioritize your mom’s happiness and quality of life . I went through that with an older family member and too many times I think the medical community values quantity of time over quality of life.

I’m sorry about your mom, I completely get how tough that can be. I won’t put my dad in a home. Sending love and support 💕

Oh so hard with your mom. My dad had congestive heart failure which qualified him for hospice care which kept him at home. He didn’t have constant help but a weekly in home visit from a nurse, doctor supervision , meds covered and lots of guidance. Hospice doesn’t mean the very end of life. You can drop out any time if you don’t like it. It’s all hard I know.

Peggy thank you for this information. That’s very helpful. Doctors have been very uninformative when it comes to options.

Think Indiana "Blossoms" (where the flowers have smooth sharp edges instead of the toothy jagged edges/outlines) is the Lighten Up version (which I have on a tote & a Casserole Carrier) of Indiana Rose...
though it gets even more confusing ;) bc there was a blue version of pattern (without the toothy edges), which was used on a cotton backpack marketed specifically to nurses/health care workers-and it was called Indiana Blossoms Blue. That version of pattern was also briefly available in Customs section so I had a throw pillow cover & portions of an OTG made with it (on certain sections).
In other words, the naming for various iterations and permutations of this pattern doesn't even follow the rules it sets out for itself...anyone would find all that inconsistency confusing.

I would keep your mom at home happy as long as possible. I have experience in this area, and it is the best thing for her. Unless, your step dad really needs help and she becomes to much. Then none of you should feel guilty about getting care for her, whatever that may need to be. I agree with the online outlet. The prices aren't good at all. Plus there aren't many items on there. I am disappointed with it. I mean sometimes I have seen the same style bag on the Vera site lower than the online outlet price. I think they are really being greedy with their online outlet prices.

Just in case you worry that your audience isn't into the chatty aspects, here's some reassurance: I do find them interesting. Of course I feel bad about your pains & woes, but it also is a bit therapeutic for me bc on some levels I can relate. I have chronic (unnamed) hip issues (starting in my teen years) that get worse or better, seemingly at random...but it never really goes away. That's not me saying "oh poor me", it's me saying "I get where you're coming from". Hope things turn out okay with investigating your spot found by the MRI.

Yes, OOS has been open ever since Aug. 16...but the only new items they've added (after day 1 of it) were on Oct. 2, and it was only more factory outlet patterns, no additional retail items-sigh :(
Friends & Family sale did end, as did the Style Spotlight that was so fantastic (and short-lived).
The nifty new holiday releases are now out but there's no sale this week (as of Thurs. when they typically begin a new sale that goes through Sun.) so I'm trying LOL to wait for a future sale bc the stuff is too expensive & I want oh so many of those pretty things (incl. OMG the velvet). I just fret that certain stuff might sell out before then-of course, that's what the company wants: me worrying about scarcity & paying full price as a result (I'm trying not to succumb).

      There are sales on Amazon

@@veraismybag1353 I know, saw that mentioned in the groups...I just have a rule not to transact with Amazon. Someday that may change, but for now it's a boundary I observe. Am not judging anyone else for it, it's simply one of my self-imposed limits.

And wow, what a an ordeal-an automotive saga-with your son's car...how terribly stressful for you both, for all that time. How egregious & crummy of that sketchy skeevy place that ended up damaging the car so it left in worse condition than it arrived-so glad that (fingers crossed) the eventual outcome was desirable (in other words, the end result that should've happened nearly a year earlier, in the first place).
Heard that the writers strike ended, but the actors union remains on strike & those talks aren't currently going well-dunno' if that will impact the available series production jobs that your son is considering.

Ahh yes you are right. That can definitely have an effect. One think I meant to say on the car portion was that the body shop had lied about being Tesla certified after all. We found that out during the BAR investigation. We were on our way to a full fledged lawsuit if they didn’t finally come up with the money, which they delayed and delayed for over a month. The crookedness of this owner and manage me was despicable.
