Damage is so low considering the amount of work you've got to put into

The timing of the D2 after B11U3 is ridiculous. I have to mash every time

Bruce Deliso His damage is fine, Beetle's is most certainly not. Beetle gets this much damage for two bars instead of one.

Black Manta’s dmg scaling in combos is ass-cancer.
First of all I want to say that the combos are not but, but see these rocket air juggle combos they are really pointless to do, because it decreases the damage with one bar, you can just use mb rocket and bounce then the big damage is ready, thats the most optimal ang high damage than those rocket setups low damage setups.
The air rocket combos are mainly used when you are doing float pressure. For example, if you do B2 Float you can't hit confirm into DB2 MB but you can hit confirm from the Float.
who ever can main this character in competition and make it in top 8 is a god

i've spent hours trying to do u2 after b11u3. need perfect timing and it is one of the simplest things here... but as more i trying to master Manta - more i like him. Thank you very much for guide!

The timing after b22U3 into 4 is almost impossible
I started landing it more consistently after making sure I hold forward from the moment you hit 4 until your jump 3 CONNECTS. Don't let go of forward until the jump 3 connects and I think you will have a much easier time. Hope this helps:)
Simply tagging the moves in the move list makes it easier for people to understand rather then these B11U3 nonsense.
