Hey Stuart. My understanding is that Lias has headed off for some much-needed R&R in Southeast Asia, before getting down to recording the 3rd album. Hopefully Saul will be involved in the recording too. Not sure really. Just curious, but what is going on with your double commas and full stops? :)
Lou Smith hi there,,hehe yeah he sure earned a rest..hope they get writing soon and hope saul is still around when it starts,,something to look forward to anyhow..my punctuation has just become a habit really,,i was speaking via text with someone with dodgy eyesight for ages and they find it hard to decipher,,i just did it to make clearer gaps between sentences and it just became habit and all my typing ends up that way but i dont write like it tho..thanks for the info anyway Lou,,and thanks again for all ur quality vids!..catch you soon
Sadly The Queen's Head is no more. Went out in a blaze of controversial glory. One by one our unique music venues are going down the tube, swamped out by ***king hipsters. Does sound good though.
Sorry to hear. I hear of hipsters all the time.. and they are made here in my home state of Oregon. Portland to be exact. But i saw the fat whites perform there 2 weeks ago and I realized IDC about hipsters.. I DC about any of that. I rocked out to their music anyhow. I don't know how or why a trend can ultimately bring venues down, but maybe its because we let them. (i even made a joke that night about my roommate who i called "my manager" for halloween as an inside joke to fat whites about how hes a hipster (50 years old) because he recently got a hip replacement surgery.) ha...
but then again you could probably be thinking im a hipster in all its glory and be trying to keep me out of your bar. in that case i understand. but know that when i visit places ive never liked going to tourist locations. I always liked the outskirts where real people are. There is more to my soul than that. I come from a 16k populated town, its about people and culture always with me.

Thanks Stuart. Yes, we were certainly transported at those early gigs. That the band could've imploded at any time made it seem all the more precious.
