The Inter Hotel Challenge, arranged by Showcook.com (Annette Kesler & Chania Morritt-Smith) is an annual competition, where 30+ hotels around South Africa nominate their young chefs, concierges and wine stewards to participate, learn and hone their skills.
On Thurs 15th August, half of the Cape Town hotels participating introduced their teams to the audience at the Vineyard Hotel.
The winners are announced at a glittering dinner towards the end of the year. Winners win extraordinary prizes and it really does help to catapult many of these young passionate people to new heights
