The install has been filmed. I'm currently testing out all the gas pedal locations for a week of daily driving in each location. Is there anything you'd like to know that I should include in the video?
Just general responsiveness, and maybe some safety concerns? I sometimes share my car with my wife and I'm just afraid that one day she'd hit gas pedal instead of brake lol @@HondaFit4Adventure
Yes I have, and Safety concerns are addressed! Position A and B seem quite dangerous for day to day driving as they are rather close to the brake pedal. Position C is the best for daily use. Pedal position changes only take about 10minutes to do.@@mr.gk5 ua-cam.com/video/RnxXo6odk4I/v-deo.htmlsi=t0qZskUNit57S1vv
Thanks Potato! I installed that myself. It came from a Honda Odyssey. ua-cam.com/video/g7_7r_l1zV0/v-deo.htmlsi=R1shrQ_dIfFxqM_r I love it so much. It's one of the first things I notice when I get into a stock Honda Fit :) The swap won't work if you have a sunroof though, that extended hump in the headliner by the maps lights is where the sunroof motor goes.
Thank you. I'm using the "Panlong" version of the OBD2 scanner. It's been on my car for the last 3 years and I haven't had any issues. I'm also using a OBD2 splitter to run a LUFI OBD2 digital gauge cluster at the same time. The OBD2 port has no power once the ignition is shut off, so all devices will turn off with car.
Like Fog Lights? I plan on making that video around March. It's been a frequent request. I bought this set of Fog lights & Inserts from amazon amzn.to/48mWFlg and turned it into another project ua-cam.com/users/shortshISEHxrsbZU?si=qN4rogw0Y-snUUr5
Gas Pedals have switched from mechanical to digital over the years. This means when you step on the gas, the cars computer may still limit your acceleration for better fuel economy. The pedal commander is like a USB stick that plugs into your gas pedal, giving you the ability to adjust your cars acceleration curve with a touch of a button.

What does a pedal commander do
Gas Pedals have switched from mechanical to digital over the years.
This means when you step on the gas, the cars computer may still limit your acceleration for better fuel economy.
The pedal commander is like a USB stick that plugs into your gas pedal, giving you the ability to adjust your cars acceleration curve with a touch of a button.
Hold the button down to go into eco
Wow, I swear you could just cycle through it before... Thank you.
Tl dr, It's a skill issue if you can't control your speed
In short, this video is about delayed acceleration and not about speed control.
