Good review mark Honda bikes are all well made as said before in your vfr 800 review i am a vfr fan every honda i have ridden you ride it and it just feels wright not ridden a sports bike for a good few years in the real world the 600 will be a better bike to ride than the blade more than enough power for the road keep the clips coming mark enjoy watching them.
It would be interesting to see you review the new ZX6R, to see how it compares against the CBR600RR. Another great video by the way! Keep up the good work 👍
Hi Richard I owned one a few years ago ... Here is my review... About equal but the ninja feels more raw Cheers mark ua-cam.com/video/_XrLPhH6hd8/v-deo.html
Nice review, very flexible engine for sure, been around for many years and in its lastest form, brilliant. Can see why people hang onto them. Thanks for posting up.
Excellent test as usual, wow what a beautiful bike. I think I’d take this over the hornet 1000 I guess it depends on how you’re going to use it. Thanks Mark
G'day Mark, told you that is one of the best Bikes out of Honda, The CBR has the best performance and a good looking machine anyone could afford, thanks for the full review, cheers mate Neil 🤠.
Great bike and review ,thank you. Would i buy one YES but i need to be some 25 years younger, The handle bars would kill my wrists and shoulders . But not all bad , still riding at 75 years of age. Kawasaki Ninja 650 ,(KRT) RE Hunter 350 both bikes still puts a smile on my face, Thanks again. Until next time, Ride safe. Mike Sunny Wales
I am now in front of decision between waiting another month for 600rr or buying instantly ZX6R or used almost new Ducati Supersport. It's very hard decision
Lovely bike. Set of throw overs, a tank bag and you can tour Europe for a month. Just wish they'd put the front indicators in the mirrors. Another good review, cheers.
The CBR 600 was one of my first bikes in 1984 and I even dispatched on it in London. Still, after 20+ bikes, it stands out as the most fun, best handling bikes! I wouldn't get one on today's roads where I live as you can't use the top end any more.

Fantastic bike and you were giving it a bit of stick so top man. Last time I saw you, you were thrashing an electric scooter I believe; that’s quite a flex Mark,,,,🙈 😂👍
I’ve got a RR5 ‘blade. Architectural concept is very very close to the 600. Just superb machines… the build quality is far far superior to my ‘24 ATAS, which is I’m sad to say is very much a step or three back. Great review, Mark. Many thanks.
Lovely bike. There's something special about a Japanese inline four sportsbike, and Honda's motors have a silky smooth swiss watch quality about them too. I always preferred the slightly more raw nature of the Kawasaki ninjas though. I still own a zx12r, but you really have to restrain yourself on these things if you don't want to lose your license. The sound of that Honda going up through the gears sent a shiver down my spine. I'd love to try one on a track.
Great! After last week’s tease this is the real deal. Indispensable reviews from Mr P all the way down in Hardy country. (edit) my god I've just watched the vid - what a bike the sound of it is insane even with the standard pipe!!!
A 24,000 mile valve service interval is pretty good for a screaming 600. It does make you wonder if the 15,000 recommendation for many bikes from days of yore was down to inferior metallurgy or cash cow stuff. Many bikes with bigger engines, which were obviously revving a lot less were around and about that mileage, Yamaha inline fours being a rare exception, 22,000 on recollection.
Hard decision coming up.. In the market for a new bike.. Do I go boy racer dream 600RR or the Naked fun CB 1000 Hornet.. I guess I will test ride them both!
It's from 2013, but if you want to buy it, you have to wait 6 month and two more of delaying, while ZX6R you can get literally next day from closest dealer
Lovely, but you really can’t use the performance any more unless you go to a track. If you do though you’ll find just how awesome they are when you don’t let them drop under 8000 rpm. Better for most riders than a Fireblade.
Always a favorite but the US version we get one color, grey, looks good though but analog only display, no rider modes, non led lights and a 12,500 dollar price tag. For experienced riders fine but ABS at a minimum should be standard kit. Honda dropped the ball big time
It’s pretty much the same bike it’s been for years. The wings are pointless but otherwise a nice bike. I don’t think it’s as amazing as you think, I just don’t think you ride many fast bikes Mark to benchmark this. But that’s fair enough, I appreciate your enthusiasm.
@@Kurlach lol I've written the book on fast bikes I've maxed out busas in Germany 20 years ago r1s etc ... It's just you don't see that on UA-cam as I have to be a good boy 😁😀👍 Best wishes

Great seeing this Mark. Not ridden a sports bike for 20+ yrs due to skeletal issues but the noise and attitude. What a weapon

What a fabulous bike! A large tank bag is all you'd need for (shortish) touring. Sounds great. Thanks for tge vid

Compared to what we get in the states, this is complex alien technology

A proper motorbike instead of those awful ebikes
Front brake reservoir is hideous
