I have the same bag and I do love it I don’t carry as much as I want to because it is very heavy and I don’t put that much stuff in there but I’m only 105 pounds 5 feet tall but it is a beautiful bag and I would never get rid of it and it was a limited addition I don’t know if it’s still available or not

I have the striped monogram eden neo and this bag and strap is gorgeous. I feel I got lucky finding a pre loved one in great condition. I would never sale this bag as it’s a great bag and not many out there in great condition. The crossbody strap alone is gorgeous and can be used on many of my lv bags.

This is my favorite LV bag the Neo. I agree, this is the holy grail on all the bags! I wonder why they discontinue something that is so high in demand. They should bring it back and make it permanent.
Hi Lady BJ, so I did some research on our beloved neo and eden bags, the reason for the extra clip, is for your bag charm. I contacted an old LV lover who knows a lot about these bags and said that extra hook is for the charms, so this info is from her research, so I just thought I would share what was explained to me. By the way I may have found my next Eden in green.

Maybe the second side-d-ring is for a Luggage tag. Strap rigs make great places for luggage tags.

Love your video on the neo😊 I recently bought a preloved one in near new condition, and I must say I agree with everything you said. I noticed on your bag the lock moved up and down, mine doesn't just a slight sideway movement. My question is it supposed to move freely or does it take time to loosen up.

Great review. I have this bag, used it once, and I'm not really into it. Feels awkward when I carry it, and just not my style. Not sure. I believe they are brass. You could call LV at the 1-800 number to confirm. :)

Hi B.J., I saw your video, Xraygg's and I believe Midgreen's video on the Neo. I fell in love with the purse and found it on BBOS. The purse was beautiful. I purchased it when they put up a 20% off code. Got it. Love it. I returned my Christmas presents to myself and couldn't be happier with my choice.
What do you use to protect the purse? I purchased apple care and I was thinking of buying Lovin My Bag.
I have used Lovin my Bags on it. But I would also use Apple garde if i needed to. Congrats on a beautiful bag!

BJ, can u tell me if you have any Vernis pieces...do they have "louis Vuitton" written on the brass hardware that attaches the handles to the bag ? I am specifically asking about the Alma in Vernis. I am looking at one & it has this and I'm wondering if that's authentic ?

Hi! I love this bag! Do you have any experience with malleries? Is everything up on malleries really really genuine? Ive never bought any pre loved bags before and never really wanted to because i 'really fear' getting ripped off. Now the problem is that since this bag was a limited edition, i have no choice but to buy it pre owned. Any advice would be greatly appeeciated!

It is all relative. The bag is heavy as noted in the video. For me, I cannot carry it for more than an hour or so without noticing the weight. However, others might be used to heavier bags, or are accustomed to carrying a lot more in their bags so the weight not be as noticeable. I do not carry this bag if I will be out shopping for several hours. That being said, I find this bag to be beautiful and despite the weight, I still love it.

Hi for the canvas Adjustable shoulder strap how to I get rid of the smell on the canvas Adjustable shoulder strap , do I just air it out and if so how many days or months or weeks.
What kind of smell does it have? Are you sure it is authentic?
Yes it's Authentic it's due to my perspiration from my front and back of my body.
I think I just need to air it out as per normal thank you for all your help.

Hi, love this video and I think this bag is gorgeous! I have the opportunity to buy this bag but undecided due to the weight issue. Although, I am currently carrying the Bagatelle in Noir which weighs 2.2 lbs without anything in it, I don't have issues with carrying that bag. Do you still love this bag? Do you feel it is a bag you would still keep forever even though you don't wear it often? I have to sell my pochette Metis to get this bag but since LV still sells that bag, I think if I miss it too much I can save up and buy it again. Thanks for any help in making a decision 😀
I do love the bag, however I am considering consigning the bag because I do not carry it, mostly because of the size. I have downsized what I carry and now prefer the smaller bags. I also have the Pochette Metis and carry that much more than the Neo. On the positive side, the Neo has dropped in price on the resale market so it is even more affordable now :)

I've pretty much decided to hold off - I feel I am being draw by the beauty and limited status of the bag and don't feel I would end up carrying it as much as some of my other bags. It is possible for two bags to have the same date code. The date code indicates when the bag was manufactured. LV manufactures more than one bag at a time. This was a limited edition release so there will be bags with the same date codes and with date codes in a very close range. As stated in the video, there were two releases of this bag so there are two date ranges for this bag. If you have questions on the authenticity of your bag you can get it authenticated to ease your mind.

That date code is not possible for this bag. This bag was not designed and released until 2010. The date code you posted is for 2008 2 years before this bag was released. If that is the date code, it is fake. ;(

Hi I just saw your review cause I'm looking for info on this special bag, My mother in law gave one to me saying she doesn't use it anymore, but I'm wondering if it's authentic cause the date code is TH0099 and is not inside the pocket, its hidden outside...do you think this is a fake?
Are you sure the code is TH0099? The bag was released in 2010, but there could be date codes in late 2009, but not usually in early 2009. All the Neo I have seen have the date code inside the pocket. You can have it professionally authenticated to be certain. The Neo is a beautiful bag :)
bjtaylor02 Yes that's the date code, Maybe they manufactured early (I hope) the bag is just exactly as yours I cant find Differences but the code place makes me nervous...!!
