Hi Sarah. I can say that this serum repaired my irritation within two hours, and the itchy bumpy rash that I had along with that irritation was significantly reduced! I’m really impressed with this one! when my face was stinging with my usual skincare this gave me immediate relief.
yes, the scent is from the vitamin B12 and it personally doesn’t bother me

I've not bought this product yet, but I probably will. I like the idea of a bear repairing serum. I might try it under my tretinoin before applying moisturizer on top of the tretinoin.

Hi Sarah, I have to say I am currently battling a cold that is resulting my nose to constantly to drain and run. Because of the constant nose wipe my nose the lower part of nose is has been red, flaky and irritated. I’ve applied a little of this and instantly my skin felt soothe and less irritated . I’m not bother with acne or skin barrier problems but this product may be worth it for the time being. Would you say the purito Centella Unscented Serum is also a dupe? Although they both are similar in prices. Thanks for the review.
The ordinary has been a disappointing since Brandon died. That girl is only interested in money. Increasing prices like 2X for some products just to NOW make ADs instead of improving anything for the consumer. When before they didn't do any ADs.
They lost all the innovation and passion Brandon had. It's pretty sad because he had so many creative ideas and a true passion for skincare like no other I've seen since. True loss for the beauty community.

I’m on the fence with this one. I get some pilling no matter what I add on top of it but it’s not the usual dry crumbly pilling it’s like weird globs. Anyway I do think this is a good one if all you use is the serum directly on the skin then wait a bit and a moisturizer on top. I ALWAYS use the niod pumps on everything I use from the ordinary. I cannot handle the dropper bottles. The last time I used this and the Stratia eye cream and had a pink face and yellow under eyes that were pretty noticeable! I’m very fair skin though to be honest lol

How do you think this compares with the Stratia Liquid Gold....I think that was kind of the go to for soothing barrier function...
I use both. This really targeted my redness and made it way better but I feel the stratia plumps and leaves my skin looking nicer overall. I’ve moved the stratia to nights only and use this in the mornings. If you can’t do both I’d recommend the ordinary one over stratia if you have redness otherwise keep the liquid gold.

Alice from Alice in the rabbit hole channel had a bad reaction to this serum . I hadn't even though about trying it and the pink color freaks me out 🤣 . Reminds me of all these freaken Patrick ta blushes the one he came out in the holiday pallet It's giving 🤣 I commented it's giving Pepto vibes lol that's all I could think of . If I want soothing I'll use RNW ceramide+ or the Niod mod glucoside serum .
Currently taking recommendations that will replace "buffet" +copper peptide 1% because I will not shop any brand that is majority owned by Estee Lauder. I tolerated their small stake in the company, but now I'm very done.
Definitely did NOT repair my skin barrier within 2 hours. I noticed no difference whatsoever from this vs simply waiting out the irritation.

I keep trying to get him to use some of my stuff but he insists on bar soap for most everything. Although I have gotten him to use some of my hair products so that's a win... 😂
How does the ordinary copper peptide serum compare with the niod one? I’m shopping slowvember and would love to know your thoughts :)
I went to the shop and they said that Niod is a higher concentration. That might be the upsell but then Niod is stronger. Plus the copper peptides in Niod is either really watery or the lipid and the Ordinary is the in between. Go figure. Wish they would just do a higher concentration in all 3 formulas.
I feel like the ordinary was a big deal a few years ago. I couldn't understand what to buy, and I think it's what got me interested in learning more about skincare. I feel like the moment has passed and I am just not interested in the ordinary. However, I think I am now more interested in Niod and picked up a few things during the sale
NIOD seems to be a bit easier to use and fit into most routines, and they seem to be a bit more aesthetically enjoyable to apply and use.
@@NOBSBeauty yes, the ordinary isn't always elegant, but for the price I can accept that. But unless it's a strong active like an exfoliating acid, Vit C or retinol, I prefer formulas with multiple ingredients, like the buffet.

OMG it was freaky! It felt like it lasted forever during the free fall part, then when I watched the video it was only like a minute at most, but it seemed so so so long! My friend I went with loved it so much she went two more times that day- the last time she went she did a backflip out of the plane! I was so impressed with her!
