Mantra samma arahang means the right way or the most noble clear way, literally samma means purity and arahang means freedom, so basically we want to be free by purifying our mind and our 7th base (the centre of the body) in meditation. We should chant mantra "samma arahang" in meditation to "get rid of wondering mind and thoughts" to free our mind and have a good deep meditation. The intensity or frequency is completely individual, important is to always chant 3x times, can be with delays in between as you feel it right in your meditation, but always in count of 3 🙏
