Nice video!! Quick question though - Why the need for the CB to start with the ball if it just ends up with the keeper anyway?

@thehonestfootballcoach yep watched it, but don’t understand why the ball needs to be in play in order for rotations to occur. Don’t understand why the same result can’t be achieved whilst playing from the GK, which also eliminates the negatives of the CB starting
Because, if the GK starts with the ball and plays it left you are limited to only going left and vice versa if plays it right. With the CB starting the play, the GK then gets it central and in play so can decide to play it left or right, dependent on how the GK is being pressed. If the GK starts and goes left or right, the ball is in play either left or right and not central, so you are then limited to only playing the way you started the play.
