Indo-chinese cuisine was invented by the Chinese living in the Chinatown of Kolkata, India. They are mainly of Hakka origin. It's also called Chindian food and this fusion is one of the best cuisine in the world 🇮🇳🇨🇳

I live in Calcutta the birth place of indo-chinese. It has the best indo-food in the world. The noodle you are eating is supposed to be eaten with a gravy like manchurian/chilli paneer or other non-veg gravy.

Two of the world oldest cuisine combination ought to be good....Indian spices and Chinese Aromatic...if you know how to mixed it right..its taste are delightful...Momo is from Nepal but so popular in India ..many Indian think its Indian...pork momo is the best due to the fat juices mixed with the dough (but vegetables and chicken are also good)...

Momo is not Chinese food yes it's similar but it's our traditional food of Sikkimese people of Indian state Sikkim and for Nepali and Tibetan too..
