I remember purchasing my first “Eotech” Holo from eBay as a kid for Airsoft. Because of that sticker I thought I wasn’t allowed to have it and was really scared to take it to the field and get caught with it.

Fun fact is that every American is considered part of the military, so it doesn't matter.
And amazon still makes you pay full
Amazon doesn't do anything, they let a seller decide to price their Eotechs price. That's like blaming Ebay for people selling clones on there

There is a difference between Red Dot and HolobEOtech sights
Red Dot: More view
Holo: Faster aim
With Red Dot you adjust/locate the reticle bit slower because its smaller and have more view
With Holo EOtech you have less view but also less adjusting/locating time of your reticle
I live a couple of hours away from this place and bought an aimpoint T2 while passing by a couple of months ago. Neat little shop.

They are never actually holographic sights. They tend to just be red dots wearing Eotech cloths. A real Eotech will have a fuzzy reticle
Red dots forsure but from what I've seen, they definitely hold their zero. So, looks cool and effective for 10% of the cost! Lol
Ive got a genuine xps-2 made in 2009 and it says the "for military or law enforcement use" on it.
My 552 S### the bed a few years back, long past any warranty. But I got a replacement for 1/2 price, the downside is that was the one I took and used on my last deployment to Iraq. I still don't know where my magnifer disappeared to.

I got mine off Amazon and it’s real but I see a lot of people talking about getting fakes. There are few test you can do to tell if it is just a red dot that you can look up. the easiest way to tell is when you press the NV button. If it turns green then it’s fake. You shouldn’t be able to see anything in the night vision mode.

eotechs are made to work well with nvg, they are bigger so you can actually aim down sight with your big nods

I bought a fake one because it's cheaper to play airsoft with it. I just always figured it's there to look cool just like the "property of us government" on airsoft m4s and other markings. The more you know i guess \_(ツ)_/

Works longer, the lifespan on real eotechs are ass, I've had my fake for like 2 years now and it's worked great, glass is a bit shiny but works very well

Keep it and stay quiet tell no one that you have it because it's yours now and no one needs to know nobody needs to know ever.. sometimes honesty will hurt you big time...
