Screen Song - The Ski's the Limit
Вставка
- Опубліковано 6 лют 2014
- In Switzerland, towns are prosperous in part because of their skiing industries, as well as others such as cheese-making (swiss cheese made by shooting it full of holes with a machine gun), lace-making (where moths eat holes in the cloth) among others. The cartoon ends with the song, "I Miss my Swiss, My Swiss Miss Misses Me."

Just follow the bouncing ball.
Follow the bouncing snowball, that is.
On June 24, 1949, this cartoon was released and Spring Song, a Screen Song and Hot Air Aces, featuring Popeye, Olive Oyl, and Bluto, were released on the same day.
Originally released in June 1949.
Steve Stanchfield has found this cartoon which is completely restored, but the only thing missing is either the original Paramount cartoon logo or this 1970’s NTA logo.

it was lost media?
That men reminds me of jimmy Durant
Bluto is the Narrator of this one!
I know when I’m trying to watch it.

Bluto got screen credit.
2:41 - Used in Shining Time Station
And for some reason, the original titles are intact.
And a rare narration credit for Jackson "Bluto" Beck!
Except the NTA still logo from the 1970’s are completely plastered over the original Paramount cartoon logo. Too bad, it doesn’t have the funky 1970’s Commonwealth United fanfare to go with it, it just stays there.
Is that the 'Tommy Gun'. It's the only one in switzerland, only for cheese making.
At 2:10, is that Herman the mouse "cutting the cheese"?

his shan't take up too much of your time.
If only I could say that about the laws of time.
What is an hour but a measurement?
What is a moment but a blink of an eye?
I'm sure you've heard our name
Across multiple worlds, many times
If not, allow me to introduce
We are ROGUE:
Reality Ordinators Granted Universal Establishment
A while ago we were nothing but a sorority obsessed with bending physics
Times have changed It all began, and ended, depending on what plane of time you're fluctuating in
When a scientist by the name of Joe Tenera
Attempted to build a device
That he claimed could solve the answer of everything
Why are we here?
Who are we?
Are there other dimensions?
Is time and space linear?
And is God real?
That all backfired one morning in the year 2065
When his lab exploded
A simple miscalculation
Reality went haywire
Our bodies could not survive
The environment
Where the laws of physics
And probability
Turned into chaos
World governments began
Uplinking human consciousness
Mind and Spirit
Into a modified internet database
Known as the Dream
But turns out you can't just simply cramp 10 billion humans
Into servers
Of physical and computational limitation
So it crashed
And contents of the Dream
Consciousness and Information
Began leaking out into
The physical world
And fusing with it
Accelerating the tears in the laws of everything
Now physics are governed by the emotions of imperfect man
The terrors and disdain that haunt them
And that is
Dangerous
We are here To make it less
Dangerous
POLACOLOR.
