In FL studio you can also automate the effect to duck it for the vocals. You can go further using a function called articulator tools for a surgeon 's precision of the ducking.

Which DAW are you using? Bcs it's easy with this Ableton live you see here. It's just to Right Click and you see a message "Create Audio track, Create Midi Track, Create Send track". That's all. I don't think he can make a whole video just for this because it's found everywhere and in the manual

Before adding the reverb on the send track, add a low cut filter to cut off muddiness from the reverb floor
