Absolutely love the vibe of this video! There's nothing like being out in nature and soaking up the peace and adventure it brings.Great job capturing the essence of camping-so inspiring
Dazz sir 👋, top video 👍, love the Christmas decorations 👍 , new tent looks great & £30 refund, quids in! 👍👍, Ragu dinner looked tasty 👍, wine and beer yuck🤮, camping spot looks different, changing seasons I guess and loads of leaves on the ground 🍂👌, and sorry I couldn’t join you, work getting in the way of pleasure again ! Merry Christmas buddy, looking forward to our next camp 🎄🏕️
Nice video looks a realy peaceful spot . I also have the cairngorm tent , mine weights in at 2.25 kg alone and 2.4 kg with the foot print .but its strong and secure and an excellent size for me and my dog .id trust it in a storm over most of my other tents for sure .have fun
Maybe take a look at the new vango radons 1 +2 the 1 has been my go to back packing tent over the summer .loved it so much that I've just got the 2 man version at 1.85 kg .gonna give it a go when the weather warms up in 2025 . I will still use my cairngorm though .
The polyester fly is of better quality and has been polyurethane coated more than once .unlike the nevis . The nevis is a great tent and is actually lighter than the cairngorm (around 200 grm ) But the cairngorm better built and quality . Of the 2 I chose the cairngorm 200 I do have a couple of nevis 100 s for the kids that they can camp with there mates etc . Still good tents but a step down from the cairngorm .
Hey thanks for watching & the sub much appreciated also thanks for sharing ur favoured tents I always find it interesting what other fellow campers like 👍
@DazzOutdoors-UK1 thanks for making the effort . How did you find coping with the new tent and cooking ? Seems like it is more suited to the right handed compared to my highlander . Which zips the opposite way . But then you have two doors .
@ great question Owen There is another door opposite which I could use but no real vestibule that side in comparison to the main door but I work it out that with the door zipped up from the bottom leaving a gap to vent whil you cook you can swap ur cooking equipment to to opposite end of the vestibule. I enjoy experimenting with different options 😎
Great video dad. Just finished black doves myself - bloody brilliant

@ thanks for this info 👍 I like the fact the Cairngorm is 5000 HH fly & 6000 HH floor but I don’t understand why the Nevis is only 3000 HH

I started off in a vango banshee pro 200. I have evolved since then but still have it.
