Don't you worry Nathan, as long as you show the national obverse I will tell you what country the Euro coins are from! 😉 With the first 5 cents you found you only showed the common reverse but in the end screen I could see its from Portugal. It depicts a medieval king's seal. The other 5 cents you found is from the small country of Luxembourg. Their monarch is depicted on the coin. Becasue the country is so small it doesn't have a king but a grand duke as monarch. This one's name is Henri. And the full €1 you found is indeed from Germany, depicting the federal eagle emblem. Nice to see you find such a larger coin for a change, as you normally only get 2 and 5 cents 😅
COOL VIDEO, WOW 2 SILVER DIMES!!! 🕵🏻♂️🔥🔥🔥🧐 I HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING AT THE COINSTAR SINCE AROUND THE HOLIDAYS AROUND CHRISTMAS. 🎄 🎅 HAVEN'T EVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THE 3RD COIN YOU FOUND 🤔🤔
Great vid! I had my best coinstar find ever yesterday. A Walmart in southern California had a ton of change in the return, most I've ever seen. Thought I might get a few bucks out of it. Turns out there were 21 pre 1968 Canadian silver dimes, and 4 pre 1968 Canadian silver quarters, as well as a variety of other coins. Couldn't believe my luck haha
That coin from French Indochina you found is likely a replica. An actual 10 centime coin of that era would be .835 fine, whereas that one says it's .680 fine. Combined with the hole in it, I'd say it's probably a "Hmong coin." They're used as decorations on traditional Hmong clothing. The story I found online goes that back when the Hmong still lived in Southeast Asia, the French would pay them for their agricultural products with the silver coins of their Indochinese colonies. The Hmong, who lived communally, had no use for money, and so used the coins as trinkets to decorate their clothing. You can still get replicas of French Indochinese coins for that purpose. Many are made in such a way that they look real upon first observation, but have details that won't fool a collector, e.g. a mismatch between the date and the purity or a fantasy date. I once found one in a roll of pennies dated 1907 (none were minted that year) with purity .680 (which didn't begin until 1921), of course with a hole. Edit: just saw the title. Whoops.
Thank you for all the great information! I work with people from that culture and have been to a few festivals where they are wearing amazing traditional dress; including those coins! Must be many in spare change 😂❤🎉
Fun coinstar hunt with some awesome stops. My checking in 2024 thus far has yielded a number of foreign coins, a silver dime and steel penny for the special finds. Congrats on your silver finds and congrats to the winner. Cheers!

How are you sweeping underneath? I can barely get my fingers under there. I'm east coast. No competition for you. Share your secrets!
I use a back scratcher 😅
I use a “grabber” but its actually just a back scratcher; real skinny cheap one; ❤
Awesome silver!
Thanks! 🙏
Taking money found on the floor of Walmart is considered shoplifting and is prosecutable. Better to be safe than sorry.
😅
Ive started looking in these machines and found a 1912 barber dime.
You found some nice coins! Congrats on the silver! That fake French coin was a cool find!
Congrats to the winner. My walmart has a coin star machine, but it is right next to the return desk.
That's a big haul.
Silver!! Congratulations!
Congratulations bwilkinson. Interesting coin star hunt. Great finds
Thanks 👍
