Hey James, thank you so much for watching! Prices range is about $1k+ a square foot so anywhere from $1M-8M for a unit depending on finishes, view and floor

Couple of comments, if I may: 1. You only want to buy units which look northward. Units facing the mountains have endless views of little interest. Plus, on NYE, viewing fireworks from your living room overlooking the boulevard is second-to-none; 2. Very, very few windows in each unit actually open. So, if you are like me and love to throw open a window to air out a stuffy apartment, you’re out of luck; 3. Valet parking. I think you failed to mention it’s valet parking only. So, if you’re like me and you discover, after the car disappears into the parking garage, you’ve left your phone in the wireless charger…well it’s a pain in the ass; 4. Housekeepers are available through the hotel; 5. Informative video but it’s “boutique” not “botique.”

Question, why do you keep bring up the mentioning the 10% discounts. if you had millions to buy a resident here, why would you care about a 10% discount. you would be using your Amex black card and the hotel stays will be free with your points.
Discounts are discounts :) no matter how wealthy you are savings are savings!
