1.Identify indications for anticoagulation
2.Describe the mechanism of warfarin and how it relates to its management
3.Review appropriate counseling and monitoring points for patients receiving anticoagulation
4.Develop a dosing and monitoring plan based on INR result and assessing for transient factors
5.Recognize the direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) place in therapy
