Strumbellas music heals my soul. I suffer from extreme child abuse and sexual assault as a child. I broke down 3 years ago, and while I was in recovery, I discovered The Strumbellas music on Spotify.
This band is important to me because theyve been my recovery band. That and psilocybin (lol). I just bought tickets to see The Strumbellas in Portland OR in April.
I fucking cant wait. This band gave me hope when I had none.
Saw them live in Sacramento and SF. Jimmy surprised the hell out of us. He really made the mic his own while paying homage to Simon’s vision. I’m no doubt catching them again next tour. Great band. All band members are straight legends/performers 😮

Saw them in Omaha for the 5th time 4/30. Excellent show! They did a good job mixing the new ones in. I was thrilled to hear 3 from their first album! They sang all my faves--next time include "The sheriff"!
