  • Chili Chicken is a very juicy and tasty restaurant style chicken recipe made using Chicken which is fried and then cooked in a special sauce.
    LETS BEGIN
    1.Chicken - 1/2 kilo cut into medium sized pieces, Now let us marinate it, for this we need
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
    Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
    Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
    Egg - 1
    Corn flour - 3 tablespoon
    All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
    Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
    Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
    Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
    Cooking soda/Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
    Mix them well and marinate for thirty minutes
    2.Now deep fry the marinated pieces
    3.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon
    4.To make cornflour slurry we need
    Corn flour - 3 tablespoon
    To it add water - 200ml
    Mix them and make a slurry, keep it aside
    5.To the hot oil add
    Chopped ginger - 2 teaspoon
    Chopped garlic - 2 teaspoon
    Chopped green chilies - 3
    Saute them well
    Then add
    Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
    Red chili sauce - 2 tablespoon
    Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoon
    Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
    Saute well
    6.Add sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
    Salt just little
    Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
    Mix them well
    7.Add onion pieces - 20 big sized
    Capsicum pies cut into diamond shapes - 20 to 25
    Saute them little
    8.Now add the corn flour slurry, then add fried chicken pieces and mix well
    9.Add spring onion greens - 2 tablespoon and mix well
    10. Chili chicken is ready have it with parota or roti
