You people that live in that part of the Country sure have good Crappie Water compared to Commie California. I'm Jealous. 😢 But we do have cleaner water that much I can say. We don't have muddy rain run off. Just different kind of soil. And maybe you get more rain too. We also don't have the humidity on this side of the Rockies like you guys do. Just a dryer climate in the Summer.
Yes sir, we do have a lot of rain that changes our River miny times a year, one thing about our river system, if it touches any lake during any high water. that lake will be restocked with fish automatically in the spring because the fish go shallow. So it does have its benefits. But yes I love California's Crystal clear beautiful lakes. I lived in Modesto when I was a kid, we did a lot of traveling. We also would go to Bellingham Washington where I had lots of cousins and relatives. Love the mountains up there. Fell off of Mt. Baker off of a snow drift and broke my arm when I was about 8 years old. Almost fell off the mountainside where there was a Crystal clear lake at the bottom. I was lucky I didn't roll when I fell or I wouldn't be here. But you know, I just had to climb up there on top of that snow drift 😂.
fish yank you did it again those slabs make some great fish sandwiches spring crappies that beetle spin get the job done i see you are having some cold weather we are to in pa and rainning one thing you dont have to worry about the mosquitoes bother you nice fishing trip to day not a bad days job take care for now bob sims

good morning I just found your channel. We live in Arkansas all our lives and my husband loves to fish and we love crappie fish but hard to come across. My husband would like to know what lakes in Arkansas you fish in?
Good morning. Well most of the lakes that I fish in a river fed lakes. I'll put in the river and find a creek and go up in the Creeks as far as I can to find the lakes. One of my favorite rivers is Cache River. Cache River pretty muddy most of the time but if you go up into the creeks and find the lakes they're fairly clear And crappie live there. I fished a lot of White River lakes also. Pretty good crappie, but they have other fish like gar and stuff you have to battle.
