I did some research on this base in Italian media and it looks like it has been stripped of everything of value by thieves once the base was officially dismissed at the end of the 90s. Some even suggest that this was coordinated by someone who knew the base well, since it seemed like a professional job. Apparently at some point there was even an illegal doghouse in/near the turret you show in the video (I think), where they would raise rottweilers for either resale or illegal dog fights. It's a shame it is abandoned like this, I think it would make for a pretty cool museum about cold war, but I guess it would lose its charm as an abandoned place.
In my country, many bunkers which in coldwar were on the other side to this NATO bunker, were strip to the last piece of metal by so called "scrap metal thieves" - but do not imagine them being bunch of hillbillies with crappy handtools. @@BrokenWindowTheoryUrbex I do believe this is probably only current entrance, as otherwise the bunker would look alike the ones in my country - just bare concrete. There is usualy no single piece of metal. Literaly striped to the concrete bone.
It's so strange what's been hidden underground. I used to live somewhere where they had a 3 story hospital dug into the mountain. It got abandoned in the 70s due to radon radiation. To my knowledge, nobody has been in there aside from a private contractor who uses one of the aircraft hangars as storage for heavy machinery.
Better thee than me... great adventure! The echo in the vast room was phenominal!!! Never heard an echo that long before. My question would be- if the room was that vast, what held the mountain up above it? Great adventure.💪😎👍❤✌

He should have bought the gallo 12 and pack a punched it he could have definitely survived more rounds and you can get the wonder weapon with the keycard
if I may suggest, you could use strobe lights used by scuba divers. You can set them at main intersections along your way so you can have a guidance even from a very long distance in case of a major problem and running out of light/batteries. They are very durable and the blink can last for a long long time. It's not expensive and who knows? it may even save your life one day. As for the line you saw on the ground. It is indeed a clever idea. Again, you can use scuba gear. There are reels with massive amount of line and you can also use special arrows that can be attached to the line to indicate the direction for a way back. The best is to use several reels like that and you can attach the lines back to back. And, of course, you recuperate everything on your way back.
19:00 that big echo room is a liquid storage tank but it was for fuel not water , the fuel stored there was supposed to be a strategic reserve for all military vehicles in the area , England had lots of these as well
I am a big worrier and this exploration triggered me a lot. But it was really an adventure there. Thank you for giving me views of a place I would never think of getting into.

Die Aufnahmen von der Bunkeranlage und Umgebung sind mega. Herzlichen Glückwunsch für 114.000 Abonnenten. Viele Grüße und einen schönen Abend aus Norddeutschland nach Sachsen 👍😊
Thankyou so much you guys I really enjoyed watch this glad you all got out safe . Like some one said there must be loads scattered all over the world 🌎 such a scary thought .I’m glad you had breathing apparatus on and gloves 🧤.also you took some great shots to ,it seem quite Erie down there stay safe on your next adventure from us over here in uk 🇬🇧
Love the videos as we have nothing like that down here in NZ. However, trying to order your calendar is a mission as you don't know if you've done it correctly... the window opens but you can't go back or get a confirmation... just a suggestion... I'm looking forward to seeing some CZK bunkers when I can get back up there.. Keep up the exploration.
This was AWESOME !! What a place I loved every minute of it !! What a small cable shaft to crawl through !! So many cool things to see !! Looked dangerous down there please be careful !! The church coming up looks WONDERFUL !! And that ocean water looked so clean and clear BEAUTIFUL😳!! You guys are GREAT !! 👍👍
New subscriber here from the Philippines. Your doc videos are all amazing! Detailed and well narrated.
Looks great, can't wait!! Thanks guys for such awesome videos.
Thanks for following our adventures!
Wow! Beautifully presented and filmed !
@18:38 Imagine taking a lovely Sunday walk out in nature and hearing that ominous sound coming from the grounds below you
🤣
I thought the same
I saw that shaft and I could not believe you guys were really going to crawl in there! That’s commitment! Great video!
Im glad we have people like you guys, would love to see the inside but would definitely woos out on the stomach crawling lol. Awesome exploration.
Every time I see videos of abandoned places I can't help but wonder how it was at its prime time when it was fully occupied and lively 🤔🤔. Thank you for sharing this.
11:55.
Anyone else's OCD kick in? I would have spent a few minutes here before moving on...
Incredible place and a very, very good exploration! Greetings from another German/English explorer ;)
You guys are incredible! That entrance would have been the point most people turned around. Also glad you guys were cautious and wore masks and did what you could to be safe. Need you guys healthy for more amazing videos like this!
I couldn't even watch you guys crawling through that vent......gave my hair stand on end!
We're all glad Marco had to go first. Well except Marco :D
@@BrokenWindowTheoryUrbex Way to be brave, Marco!
I hope your new lockdown in Germany goes well and you all stay safe.
Thanks, buddy! It is starting today.
As you can see they've locked themselves into a military bunker so they'll be fine 😂 😂
@@JC-XL Good one!!
@@BrokenWindowTheoryUrbex Regarding the lockdown, I hope you guys teach the world the meaning of rebellion.
Better thee than me... great adventure! The echo in the vast room was phenominal!!! Never heard an echo that long before.
My question would be- if the room was that vast, what held the mountain up above it?
Great adventure.💪😎👍❤✌
Thank you so much for doing what you do!! I have always loved exploring abandoned buildings and houses but never have I done anything even close to the level you guys are on! I will live my adventures through you all! Rock on!! 💜
dude, you have such a good speaking voice. also in my professional opinion. you should do asmr or book reading.
I was happy when you guys came out the tunnel.
We are for sure as well!!!
13:10 - Yes, that's a telecommunications jumper frame, or what's left of it!
Thought so. Thanks for confirming! We only saw active ones so far.
The shot of the remains amongst over grown wildlife was beautiful. Nature always wins
Thank you for another awesome explore what a cool place I feel so fortunate to be here watching you take chances for us the viewers to see real history and for that I am grateful! I never would have known about this bunker or seen it if it wasnt for all of you taking the chance to go down there and explore! So professionally done as well👍🏻❤
That is so funny.. may wife just asked me this morning when you were going to have your new calender's available.. and here it is.. Grand! Time to get a new one.. I can't wait for this church.. this maybe the last times it is recorded ofr4 posterity.. Well done lads! carry on!
Such a cool space. Was having a panic attack when you found that huge room with the echo and I couldn’t see 😆 thanks for documenting this!
Faszinierend und beklemmend zugleich, allein schon der Einstieg. Phantastische Aufnahmen, vielen Dank dafür!
What an intriguing and dangerous place!! Great work!!
It was not easy to document this one! Breathing and moving was tough in there.
Amazing! Just discovered this Chanel and this was the first episode found. Hello from Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Great to have you, enjoy the content!
You guys seriously missed out on a chance to recreate the Halo theme on a whole new level in that water reservour!
this channel deserves a million subscribers fr
Chi qua da edoardo jannone?
Videos are pretty amazing , channel deserves more attention
It’s cool watching the production value go so high in the newer episodes
Some of the material on this site is the scariest video I have ever seen. The claustrophobic part.
The other explorers present buildings that look like people vacated the place in the middle of a meal. Thanks.
the entrance was too tight that even behind the screen my breath run out, but the whole video was amazing. thank you for sharing your one in a kind adventure
Anazing guys thankyou for bringing us these uploads!👍 love from the U.K 🇬🇧
He should have bought the gallo 12 and pack a punched it he could have definitely survived more rounds and you can get the wonder weapon with the keycard
Such an underestimated shotgun
They should make a Zombies map based on this base.
@@SHALOMIEDAHOMMIE it already looks like die machine
if I may suggest, you could use strobe lights used by scuba divers.
Guys im speechless beiieve me awesome awsome awsome what a gut feeling love u guys pls stay safe i love u all
19:00 that big echo room is a liquid storage tank but it was for fuel not water , the fuel stored there was supposed to be a strategic reserve for all military vehicles in the area , England had lots of these as well
The government must have built a new bunker somewhere.
They never abandoned a facility until they have a new one.
Depends on the budget. Seeing as the italian military has seen serious past-cold war cuts, I doubt they would just as easily build a new one.
Yes, because the old facilities are mostly too expensive to maintain, upgrade or get rid of asbestos etc it is cheaper to build from scratch
Yes because as the guy said its to expensive t maintain, and most likely the bunker is known already...
17:28 sounds like a voice coming back. Great video! Subscribed.
Yep, that was amazing! Thanks for the sub :)
Amazing video! You said this was the riskiest exploration of the Italy trip. Then what was THE riskiest trip you have ever done?
This one is about to come in 2021... hopefully. 🤞
I am a big worrier and this exploration triggered me a lot. But it was really an adventure there. Thank you for giving me views of a place I would never think of getting into.
Fantastic, another grand explore!! I'm claustrophobic to an extent, no way I'd crawl in there. But thank you guys for doing that!👍👌✌
Well we all had to overcome our fear first, nobody wanted to go first..
