This has given me a few ideas for Visix so thank you! That said we are looking at +4 Lydia +4 Arbiter, *3 Inquisitor and +1 Wukong with Visix in pretty darn good gear, so people need to take in consideration on where their account is prior to doing crazy regears.

I just started to build her and have no clue how you guys get millions of damage with toons. It's crazy. The most damage I get with any of my toons is like 40k.

Lots of ignore defense I’m assuming, but if you have a lot of that then I have no clue lol
They get 40 mil over the course of a really long fight. Hydra is REALLY hard as a new player, the most important thing is filling all the roles and keeping your squad alive. Someone who hits 40k per hit will hit millions eventually!

When you preset teams with Sun Wukong, you should make sure his A2 is on a priority, otherwise he never uses. He would have done a ton more damage.

Hello Ash, I just have to say, That this feels like it was made for me lol. I'm so very grateful for you and your willingness to share your experience and knowlede. I'm less than a week away from getting Visix for 270 days reward. I now have a wonderful starting point to help me in so many ways in the game. I know you hear this a lot. But I, appreciate the time and energy that you spend to make this content, not too mention all of your other content, lol. So Thank You Ash for helping make so many things easier and more enjoyable. And yet still soooo very entertaining!
I'm at the beginning and I'm pretty sure there's something he's not going to mention cuz he probably didn't think of it but if you have a champion with Ally protection stay away from critical damage like it's the plague because if the enemy gets a critical hit they will use your critical damage well the critical damage of the champion placing the allied protection she's actually a really powerful Nuker but if you build her that way you have to turn off that skill if you're ordering or simply not use it if you're going manual

I LOVE Visix. She’s a staple in many of my teams. Slept on for sure. She was in my main hydra team and was only replaced because I pulled Grazzur. She is still in my #2 team and my main speed arena team.

yes, I use Visix in Hydra for the decrease speed and provoke. Haven't used her in cursed set though; need to try that!
been using her in all sorts of content since I got her. got me to level 25 in fire knight, past stage 14 in faction wars and she is usually on one of my teams in the tag team arena.
Just picked her up today on the F2P, so this video was PERFECT timing! Gonna try and build her exactly like this and see if she can help boost my Hydra teams - definitely the most difficult aspect of my account so far.

Nice video but everytime Ash talks about an Ally Protect champion and says he wishes to maximize the damage, he forgets the more C.DMG% you add to Ally Protect champion the more their survivability goes down and the chance of run failing goes up.

Visix is a staple in my normal FK teams, and even some arena. I have her in Lifesteal as I use her specifically for provokes in Hydra and spider. Gotta keep her alive through big hits and her ally protect buff.
Just rebuilt my Visix in Curse set last week. Realize I had no champion in Hex. Then you drop this video after. Wow!

So I’ve been using Visix with cursed set for about 4 months now and she fits in my 2nd team for provoke and hex.

If you have reflex and merciless do they stack for 70% cooldown, 2 separate rolls, or the 30% is ignored?

Yeah, the problem with many of these builds is that it's about getting fast gear. And my 4 year old account can't get speedrolls even if i tried. So getting a champ up to speeds over 250 in a specific set is still impossible. Merciless gear? Yeah, i've heard that there is a possibility of getting good pieces, dono what they look like, I've pretty much had to sell any that i get as they are all utterly crap.
It's really starting to bug me. There are so many things i can only half ass simply because getting speed to roll up on gear pretty much never happens. Do I have all the champs for hydra? Yep. Do I have a decent idea of how to build them for it, yep. Can I do it on my account? Nope. Srsly, i'm still running a 1-1 team on clanboss because if i were to make a faster team, i'd have to strip pretty much all fast pieces that i have spread around and be stuck with nothing for other areas of the game. As an example my arbiter has my fastest high elves banner, with a whopping 15 spd... after 4 years of rolling up every single high elves banner with spd substat. I'm really getting tired of plarium making every single piece of content that they come out lately about being fast.
I've been here for 4-5 years as well and speed is STILL a huge problem for me just like you...
I struggle to ever get double rolls, triple rolls are jackpots and quad rolls are myths...
My fastest character built for speed (Arbiter) still doesn't even make it to 290 speed. I have one piece with a triple speed roll on her. Two speed sets...
Perhaps, if i strip down 3 other characters i could make her reach 320 or something like that.
I still can't make decent Reflex sets because Raid just refuses to give me good stats on reflex gear. I recently, about a week ago, was able to put my Wixwell on a reflex set, and that was only because he "only" needed 226 speed.
This was the first time ever that i was able to have a champion with acceptable speed and accuracy in Reflex gear.
Not to mention soloing content with champions in Regen gear... Bruh, i can't even make any regen champ get over 220 speed. I can't even somehow have a decent Immortal set to go with the regen set after all these years.
But anyway, the account is slowly but surely getting better, barely have any 5* gear anymore, and that's all that i need to keep enjoying the game.
100% agree. OR if you're lucky enough to get some speed rolls, you don't have enough rolls in crit rate or not enough to use crit damage gloves so you've got go crit rate gloves but then you need to get crdm rolls elsewhere, or you don't get hp% chests w good substats, or or or. It is very tiring. And then when you finally get a piece that has the right primary stat w the substata you want it then rolls (1)(2)(1), and the 2 is in the one you want least, even if it's a decent substats for whom ever you're gearing, and you know that (2) isn't in speed. Or worse yet the dreaded (1) in each substat. It's still a good piece and you just can't make yourself sell it.

This is nice and all, but I can barely get a decent amount done in regular cursed city to get merciless armor. I haven't gotten any merciless accessories, which I assume is on hard cursed city. I do have a good amount of hex armor, though, so I'll give it some thought, and I don't have the best of luck getting speed stats.
I currently have my Visix in bolster armor and when it comes to hydra, I'm barely getting over 1 mil damage with a team on the first difficulty.
I was just thinking I need to prioritize re-gearing Visix. Thanks Ash!

I am probably clueless but how do you get visix in Hex and Reflex? are there accessories for either Hex or Reflex??? or is hex and merciless the only option?

I use visix in hydra in a bolster set... .crit capped... she is so underrated!

What champs best benefit from the Cursed set, other than Visix?
Any champion with multiple aoes.
Use her in DT mostly.. hit her in immortal, resilient and perception.. and has a place in my DFae team.. and a provoker in a Visix+Scyl+Psylar control team for the floors, usually with Artak for more Stun
Anyway you can share your artak build? I have never figured out the right build for mine

Hey can u update your guide on dark elhain i think that now with the epic empowerment and sets like slayer kr merciless she finally can become a good choice for ice golem even for the endgame players

I've been playing close to 3 years now and Visix is still in play for me and I don't have the gears you do. Besides Visix, I still use Royal Guard too. In all fairness though I rarely play Raid anymore since I've found Watcher of Realms. I haven't played Raid since they introduced Mythicals. Hey Ash, want my acct lol

For some reason I can never land provoke on hydra, but I land other debuffs...do I need more accuracy? Or are some heads immune to provoke?
Only the Head of Decay can be provoked

I dont use her because by the time I got her, she just replaced armiger, and then next void pull I got cold heart and everywhere I used visix went to coldheart and gg, she never fit into a team since.
honestly, I just want to be able to do hard or normal and barely need to pay attention, sadly, while I have all the champs in this video, cant put visix in cused merciless because I have 1 accessory, would be nice, maybe get something built after next fusion if thats as good as people think it will be for hydra.
Visix and Artix or however its spelled are both solid champs. Very versatile. Raid comes through on rare occasions.

Hydra clash is the only place I know that drops stoneskin, and special gear set accessories.
I guess I just lied. Another poster said merciless accessories only comes from cursed city hard chest. Sorry for misinformation.
I had her once and the clan I was in thought it would be funny to tell me to use her as food because she was so bad. I did and it got turned into a joke for that clan. I’m so glad I am in the clan I am in now. Just sucks that I went through that.

Sadly I fed her to another leggo way back before her buff and now I wish I hadn’t. She was so bad before and Plarium hadn’t said anything about buffing champs so yeah now I wish I hadn’t.

How about a video on how to acquire Mythical Merciless Artifacts, so many pieces... so that you can afford to put three of them on a champ like Visix?

Visix is my top champ. I don't really know why, but she's at the top & I use her pretty much all the time. Most people don't ban her in PvP arena when I play it either. I have her setup like HellHades suggests & I have her set up in weak 4 star immortal & regeneration just because I didn't know any better & I try to keep everyone alive. LOL

It's awesome to show how to build her for Hydra. However I can't get her geared to even get past level 10 in dungeons or anywhere else. Gears/Artifacts are the ONLY reason I'm losing interest in Raid. I have an account that is literally all leggo's but can't get the artifacts to make them useful. Even when I get a five/six star artifact from Dragon...the substats are garbage. Today I'm taking advantage of the free gear removal and stripping all my leggos until I can get something decent
F2p here i have been waiting close to year for my mercy and just pulled her today 🤦♂️ i was so disappointed
I kinda drop her on my Hydra, but still use her on Hard DT to make it auto friendly

If you have mithrala you don't really need cursed sets to get hexes.

Ash you're forgetting about how Ally protection will you use your own champions critical damage against you whenever an ally protection buff is in place not worth it for that critical damage you get with that four piece

Pretty sure it is pronounced bow as in the act (bow to a king), not bow as the weapon.
Wouldnt artak be better in the hex set every thing in his kit is aoe so everytime he attacks there is a chance of landing hex

I can guarantee even if I had all those champs I could put her in the same build and be lucky to get 1 meg damage. Why? I'm not lvl 100 with a complete Great Hall, nor do I have books to fully book her.

Also, isn't this a defense champion, so why have attack ring on her?
Hex lets you hit The Head of Mischief, Hex spreads a % of the dmg to all heads(if you use a champ that does single target dmg it spreads a small % of the dmg which adds up over a Hydra run),
he probably only had a Attack Ring for the DE faction to put on her.
Rings , Amulets, and Banners are hard to get since they are Faction specific and the rng makes it hard to get a complete set.
the SuperSonic and Merciless set i use i had to use ton of Chaos Ore i was hoarding since Chaos ore came out. since you can only rework it Once i sold all the bad 5star ones.
