    In an IT Company, Technical Manager who is responsible for managing software development team will be considered as workman or not? Because Technical Manager is also responsible for technical work in the project, apart from Admin activities.

    Sir Maine 2 sal pahle college lagaya tha lekin uski Aadhi fees hi Bhari thi aur Maine 3 mahine ke bad chhod Diya college ko jana. To mujhe is sal College lagana hai to main apne college mein Gaya. To college wale kah rahe hain ful Paisa bhar ke LC lekar jao. Mujhe refund nahin chahie sar lekin meri LC aur mera transfer certificate chahie mil sakta hai bina paise bhare
