Great trip. It's great to see Grab in Singapore and Malaysia can booking a Bus or Ferry Ticket like this. I don't know in my country can do that or not, since i used it long time ago, and now I prefer to use local app (which also green and well known until some countries in SEA). Also that Grab Payment, again I don't know it's work in my country or not, since for Grab in my country is paying by purple app. And yeah not expecting too much about what bus you get, but yeah it's great you get Intercity Airport Bus or Coach.
Dun see this on Grab anymore. Is it no longer available?
O yah now that you said it, this option is indeed gone from their app.

Hi, yes, they allow passengers to bring up to 1 luggage and 1 carry-on per person.
during peak hours and 20mins passed what happens next? is there a 2nd bus we can take or need pay for other bus to continue the journey?
It should be you will have to wait for the next bus.

Yes, can the pickup point of not wrong is after JB immigration.

Hi, for singapore, passport holders don't need to fill MDAC.

Did you just show the online booking ticket via Grab or need to exchange the ticket via counter?

What happened if you miss the bus at immigration becuase of peaks hours too many people? Will the bus wait for you?
We are not really sure, but i guess you can just wait for the next bus.
How long does it take from Expo Mrt Stn to JB CIQ? How long to wait for next bus if you miss it? Thank you.
The journey for us took about 20mins because the traffic was smooth. The travelling time will differ accordingly to the traffic condition. The ticket for the bus is booked through the grab app, so if you missed the bus, you will have to book through the app for the next available bus
