this story line is so true and down to earth. Most pop songs are about happiness or breaking up with your ex, but this song is about a teenage mother trying to bring up her baby and keep him safe whilst she tries to bring a bit of money in by pole dancing and entertaining men at a pub. The dad's not there and she's trying to bring up her child so he can have a nice life unlike hers. It's one of those songs that you have to really listen to the lyrics to actually know what the song's about. It's sad but it has a great tune. My favourite song at the moment.

There is a story behind people's actions don't look down on others because you really don't know whats happening in their life. That person working in Mc'Donanlds is on their way to finishing their law degree, or just escaped an abusive relationship and this is the only job they could manage to find to carry themselves.
