Biden was fine 3 1/2 years ago and has done a good job as President. But he's obviously deteriorated in recent months. I sat down to the debate with the expectation that Biden would do well and put the whispers about his cognitive decline to rest. I was wrong. Biden came across as old, frail and bewildered. I'm sorry but we have to make a change.
