I was stuck in pain for a while and I discovered Les Brown. Call it divine timing. I needed to lose weight and needed to see the light again. I purchased a pair of headphones and went for 15 min walk listening to all his videos twice a day and another 30 min lunch break power walk. Soon I felt happy waking up in the morning. I had a pep in my step and within a few months of transforming what hurt into what motivated me to keep going I met my now husband. We went to church together something I hadn’t done in yearrrrsss and we reconciled the past and got married. We had a baby,
Moved to a different state and purchased our first homes. The Lord opened the door and we both got new jobs with handsome pay raises. We are firm believers that working on yourself will always pay off. Glory to God for bringing Les and his videos into my life. ❤thank you Les and God bless you dear man.

I was just on the phone to My best friend who was Shot in the head 2.5 years ago and I was just literally telling her the same thing about choosing wisely what u allow to feed ur mind & having the right ppl to support & uplift u especially in her vulnerable position and it so happens this video popped up whilst I was on the phone and when I came off and listened to it I had to share it with her right away, so I’m hoping she’s halfway through now🙏🏽

I'm stuck in pain, my husband passed away the love of my life on October 10 2022 and it seems like it was really yesterday, been staying in a motel room and feeling stuck, going back to school and in my last quarter and have a job, proud of myself just sad and depressing to feel this way, I'm grateful just stuck, I need Jesus always! U need guidance, peace, prayers 🙏 Amen!
