Thanks! This was a great video and I like how you had a lot of your information typed out below the video. I'm from Huntsville too and my daughter just started doing 50k s this past year. Soon she'll be trying to find that first 100k or 100 mile to do. There's always so many questions when you (or your kid) starts a new adventure so it's great to see the video. Stay safe!
Thanks! That comment made my day! It's why I make these videos, to hopefully get others interested enough to challenge themselves and get out there to run trails!
Nice video, I ran the 2020 version of this race, it was 120 miles and your video took me back to the race. We started at 3 pm which meant 2 nights on the trail for a slow runner like myself, the vegetation lends itself to some crazy stuff on night 2 when you start to hallucinate. I enjoy your channel, keep up the great work on the trail and on the videos.
There's no doubt that I wouldn't be duking it out to the finish with who ever is ahead of me
Nice video! I was at AS 59 and was so impressed at how each runner found a way to not just get there but finish the rest of way.
Thanks! Yeah, it wasn't as easy as this race may have looked on paper, but incredibly beautiful.

Glad you enjoyed it! Good luck to your daughter...and you! I'm always available to answer any questions!
Nice video! It's getting me pumped about just recently getting into trail races.

Congrats on another 100 miler! Great video! I think I just put this one on my list! Lol, thanks!
Awesome! Thank you! You'll love it!
Great videos. Great music. And, where did you get that hat?
Thanks! The hat courtesy of the Yeti Trail Runners:-) and thanks for subscribing, let’s me know I’m not sharing my race experiences needlessly.

Thanks, that means a lot! Yeah, I've had plenty of hallucinations during my longer events over the years, always entertaining:-)
What a landscape. Was it as flat as it looked?
Very flat, but not very easy:-) Be ready for wet feet.
Great job, again! How long was the Devil’s Swamp?
I'd say a mile, but felt longer!
Us locals call that the marvelous mud mile. You should see it during the rainy season (summer time)
